Nice facility. Wish the rooms were larger. Beautiful view from the lounge and dinning area. Road Access to the property needs improvement. Great Service.

A block away from the main entrance of the hotel, a section of the cobblestones access road is in terrible shape.

Casa 1800 was definitely more than we expected. Every little detail was taken care of (such as the shower towels and the guides for TV/Cable remote controls). Also the breakfast was very delicious and the staff was very kind. I'd want to visit the other Casas 1800, for sure.

Amazing property. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was well priced and delicious. We can not fault this property in any way.

The staff there was great!! But..... NO WATER! apparently the water pump was broken, we didn't shower and we left early morning to shower somewhere else.. we not even eat the free breakfast ....

Was surprised how tiny the room was and how some things needed update since we stayed at 1800 in Cerro Verde and this property was top of the line, but there was a big difference in price. Property and rooms in Ataco need to be updated. The service was excellent. The view and the restaurant were beautiful. This property just need some renovations because it has the bones to be a great hotel.
