Das Hotel ist nicht zu übertreffen. Vor Ort sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) war unschlagbar gut. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Was ok...

Ausstattung: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auf der obersten Etage gibt es einen Infinity-Pool mit einer guten Aussicht. Das Zimmer ist auch gut und sehr komfortabel. Gesundheit: ziemlich gut Umgebung: Sehr komfortabel Service: Der Rezeptionist an der Hotelrezeption, der Mann, der das Gepäck abholte und abgab, und der Mann, der den Pool bediente, waren alle sehr gut. Alle sind sehr nett, außer einem Lobbymanager und einer Dame, die auf das Namensschild geschaut hat und anscheinend Mithma heißt, aber sie ist nicht sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine Freundin, die in einem anderen Hotel wohnt und nach Sofia kam, um zu warten Damit wir zusammen zu Abend essen konnten, wollten wir unsere Freundin immer verjagen, als wir den Laden verließen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass für die Unterbringung von zwei Personen im Hotel ein Aufpreis berechnet wird, auch wenn wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben. Dies erfragen wir erst beim Check-out. Das ist auch etwas schlimm

新酒店，位置絕佳，頂樓有泳池，10樓接待處景色一級棒。夕陽時分經常可見粉色天空。酒店房間乾淨衞生，硬件有五星標準，服務及時熱情，早餐選擇略少。性價比高。

首先説説攜程，非常非常不靠譜，訂完房，已經確認了，第二天會發條訊息告訴你所定的房源已滿，然後直接退款給你，太扯淡了攜程

入住不滿意

My wife and I stayed at the Sofia Hotel for 18 days from 19th July to 6th August 2024. The room was very comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the ocean from the 5th floor. The bathrooms were modern and well equipped. All the staff at the Reception, Dining Room & Bar were very helpful and polite. I wish to make special mention of some staff members who made our stay most enjoyable. We were always greeted at any time of the day with a welcoming smile and cheerful chat from the 2 lovely ladies at the Front Office, Roche and Mimtha. Both ladies were most delightful and always attentive to our needs. We were also made welcome at the Lobby by the concierge staff, namely Kapila, Sadhees & Raj who were always very helpful & friendly. We can recommend this modern hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in the heart of Colombo which is most convenient to all amenities. We were extremely pleased with the overall service, the meals and the facilities, and will be definitely stay there in the future. Denis & Nihara Loos Sydney Australia

Unprofessional service by the hotel I was treated like a criminal at this hotel as every time I ordered something they were behind me for payment They don’t let you charge back to the room I have travelled the world and never witness that rude attitude from the hotel Management need to get their act to get her Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone And I will never visit here when I visit Sri Lanka regularly Bad experience

THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL. We stayed from 17 JUNE 2024 and checked out on the 21JUNE 2024 morning. We booked a luxury room, and it was terrible, so small that we could hardly walk around the bed. The staff were rude, the breakfast was terrible. Do not go by reviews, do not waste your money staying in this place.
