Von der Zeit, als wir in dieses Hotel gingen, waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Die Vordertafelperson war ausgezeichnet. Ihr Name ist Giselle. Sie war äußerst professionell, höflich, freundlich, auf Details geachtet, ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation. Sie ging über und über den Anwendungsbereich ihrer Arbeit, indem sie sichergestellt, dass wir alles, was wir brauchen. Die junge Dame, die im komplimentären Frühstücksbereich arbeitete, war ausgezeichnet, sie war wirklich oben, das Gebiet extrem sauber zu halten. Sie war auch sehr aufmerksam, was immer niedrig wurde zu füllen. Sie hat eine sehr ödmjuke Demo. Sie kümmerte sich wirklich um das Beste, was sie in ihrer Position kann, Sie war sehr freundlich und lächelte viel.Dies ist etwas, das Sie nicht viel sehen in diesen Tagen.Sie heißt Maria. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie in diesem Hotel bleiben, Sie werden sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers , die freundlichkeit des Personals.

Marriott Gold Elite member. Reserved three king suites for three nights. The grounds, lobby and rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast area with waffle, cereal and hot food areas kept tidy and always restocked by the friendly staff woman(failed to get her name). We only encountered a few problems with TV remotes having dead batteries and unable to watch local stations due to the following that flashed on the screen when attempted- “our contract with local stations have expired”! So, only a few cable channels were able to be watched. You are able to connect & input your personal Netflix or YouTube account information- which I would never advise ! Lastly, Because their beds are extremely HARD & having total hip replacements, I inquired if a foam bed pillow topper was available for my bed. A housekeeping supervisor advised a housekeeper would be assigned the task. The staff did come thru, but didn’t even remake the bed. She just rolled it in a ball, placed it inside a plastic bag, then put it on the floor inside our room!! Hmmm!!

Dieser Ort ist großartig. Nah an allem..sehr sauber außen und innen. Die Überprüfung des Mitarbeiters war süß. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Der Aufenthalt begann mit einem kleinen Bump, aber es war schnell repariert. Das Zimmer war sauber, ausgestattet und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war gut gelagert! Teammitglieder waren hilfreich, vor allem Mary Beth!! Und der Pool war so erfrischend. Mein einziger Ranch war rhe kleine Screen-Room TVs.

There is a massive $30 per day ( including the day you leave??) Resort Fee that is not worth it at all. In addition, when I was booking my hotel at first, and called them to question what the additional fee was, they said it was a deposit. It wasn't! When we called them after, they were rude and hung up on us. The booking site did their best to refund me as well, since the prices mismatched. The fee is not worth it though, there is nothing resort like if you're staying at the Express Inn. They are your typical motel, but worse as: - They continuously call and bother and trick you about going to a scam of a timeshare. Even when I had expressed no several times, they woke me up with a call. - Offer no services that warrant it ( my room never got cleaned? ) - They wouldn't even hold your luggage at the front desk. - You couldn't close the curtains ? - Half the plugs are straight up BROKEN! - No snack vending machines, because they want you to order their overpriced food. - Small TV / No Safe / Terrible free Wifi / 'Aracde' is 3 prize-grab type games with very outdated prizes / Gym was 2 machines in a very tight small room The clubhouse is nothing special, it is a pool with attached overpriced bar, and cafe I guess? It is a very large walk away from where the Express hotels are, that it shouldn't really count. I do not recommend it if you're disabled like me, and hoped to not drive on a holiday away. Not that it's worth even going there, it doesn't offer much else. There are the daily events, but you'll probably find nothing interesting to do, or have to pay even more. Some good: +The rooms were very spacious, and had connected rooms? +They have free mini-golf, the course is lame and boring, but could be fine +Breakfast was missing waffles, but was decent and even had sausage croissant sandwiches, which is rare for free breakfasts to offer any sort of meat. + Incredibly close to other stores + They do have a lake where you can rent vehicles, so you can't swim in it. + Well maintained grounds & lovely wildlife Overall though, spend the extra 30 a day you'd pay in resort fees and get somewhere good, or somewhere reliable. It completely ruined the last few days of my holiday.

Das Resort war sehr sauber - hatte schöne Pools, Heißräder, Basketballplätze, Tennis-Ct, Spielraum, Tiki-Bars, Pund für die Fischerei. Es gab ein Publix, das für alle Ihren Kaufbedürfnisse nahe war. Die Gegend war für uns ein bisschen besetzt und ich würde sagen, wenn Sie nicht in diese Gegend gehen, um Disney zu besuchen oder etwas es wäre großartig, da sie einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Disney und anderen Orten wie das haben. Persönlich waren wir nicht an diesen Orten besucht, so dass wir nächstes Mal irgendwo näher an das Wasser gehen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gab einen Starbucks direkt am Resort - das war ein Plus :) Das Zimmer war erstaunlich - es war sehr geräumig und sauber und aktualisiert. Hatte einen netten Balkon. Badezimmer waren sehr groß. wir hatten eine 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer Einheit.
