Meinen Mann und ich hatten eine gute Nacht zu Ruhe. Die Betten sind komfortabel, und das Zimmer ist sauber. Das Personal am Frontdesk bei der Eincheckung sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die 2 gemachten sind großartig bleiben. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

This Hampton Inn in Apopka is Independently owned and operated, and I will share – Buyer Beware! I travel a lot for work, and I’m loyal to the Hilton brands. We have an upcoming meeting near this hotel, and I picked this location for out of area employees to book. Our meeting starts March 6th, and one employee in Atlanta accidentally selected Feb 6th, the day he was making the reservation, as his arrival date but realized his mistake within 2 hours of making the reservation. Within 2 hours of booking, he called the hotel directly, explained his mistake, and asked if they would help move his reservation to the correct date of March 6th. They said they would cancel it, but would also charge him the $157. Cancellation fee and he could make another reservation for March 6th. There were no Managers there, so he called the next day and explained the mix-up to the Manager, Kamal. Kamal said he needed to charge that penalty since “they were not able to use that room”. He asked Kamal if they had been fully booked and Kamal confirmed that they were not fully booked, so it is still not clear what impact this two-hour reservation had on their business? We escalated through Hilton Corporate, but because this property is independently owned and operated, they sent the escalation back to that location, which wound up again with Kamal. He was still not professional and still not helpful. Now I’m in the middle of figuring out a new hotel option for the nine of us that have booked so far and will then have to have each of them cancel this hotel and rebook at a new one. I just don’t understand how Kamal gaining that $157. penalty for an innocent mistake and providing a terrible customer experience makes a sound business decision for his company? Especially since he was made aware they will now be losing nine other confirmed reservations for March 6th as a result. I will remain loyal to Hilton as I have never had an experience like this at any of their other properties, they typically excel in customer service. This location is the exception.

Als wir uns erstmals versuchten, ein System zu prüfen, gab es ein Problem mit dem System, da einige meiner Kreditkarten nicht funktionierten, obwohl sie alle gut waren. Dies war für eine Einzahlung. Die Frau, die uns eincheckte, war sehr nett. Eine Karte arbeitete endlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Am nächsten Morgen und jeden Morgen war das Frühstück sehr gut. Wir blieben hier, um zwei Tage in Folge nach Daytona International Speedway zu gehen. Ich fand, dass es trotzdem günstiger ist als in der Nähe von Daytona zu bleiben. Es ist nur eine Stunde Fahrt nach Daytona von dort. Am ersten Abend kamen wir zum Hotel um 3:30AM und fanden, dass unsere Zimmertür nicht ganz geschlossen und daher entschlossen war. Ich rief das Büro sofort an, es zu melden. Glücklicherweise fehlte nichts. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zurück zur Spur (Samstag). Nachdem wir gerade vor Mitternacht zurückgekehrt waren, fanden wir unsere Schlüsselkarten nicht funktioniert. Wir gingen zur Vordertür. Die Innentür war geschlossen, ich konnte niemanden auf dem Desktop sehen und es gab kein Zeichen, dass Sie an die Intercom auf der Wand gerichtet, die ich nicht bemerkte. Ich griff auf die Tür. Meine Frau bemerkte das Intercom nachdem. Die Frau auf dem Desktop sprach mit uns durch sie. Ich sagte ihr, dass unsere Schlüsselkarten nicht funktionieren. Sie fragte, ob wir danach bleiben würden. Ich sagte ja. Sie hat uns ins Haus gelassen und uns für das Kartenproblem beschuldigt, weil meine Frau ihr Telefon auf dem Desktop gelegt und gesagt, wir setzen die Karten durch unsere Telefone. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass meine Karte in meiner Tasche war und nicht in der Nähe meines Telefons. Sie gab uns neue Karten. Sie war sehr unhöflich in meiner Meinung. Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, wurde sie nicht mit keiner Handtücher ersetzt. Wir prüften am nächsten Morgen.

Die Hotels waren sehr gut gelegen, gereinigt und das Personal war freundlich. Wir waren im ersten Stock und hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm.
