I booked this place based on the photos through *******. It looked like a good spot. We arrived and it was not as I expected. It more like a motel than a hotel. Don't get me wrong. The place would serve well as a place for rest after a long day in Florida. However, I booked this trip for my girlfriend's 40th birthday weekend. I was looking for something less motel and more hotel. The person manning the front desk was great. He was sympathetic and advised I that since I checked in, it would be difficult to do any kind of refund. He also showed me a couple different units in an effort to have me stay. But they just didn't fit the weekend's purpose. We stayed all of 15 minutes and booked at another place. My rating is a reflection of my disappointment in the management's unwillingness to see my perspective and provide a partial refund.

I was happy with my room. I do wish the blanket was a little thicker and that the air conditioner blew harder, but it did keep the room cold. I didn't use the TV, fridgerator or microwave. I don't watch TV. I felt safe at the premises. The shower was hot. The room was not expensive. I would stay there again.

The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in. The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature. Cleaning staff was nice and efficient. Air conditioner was excellent. Over all a mid level place to stay for a decent price.

PK helped me check in, he was very helpful. The next day I needed to speak with someone in the office (noon) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My concern was taken care of at that time. There were a couple times that I felt uncomfortable (I was traveling alone).

We made reservations for a kitchenette, when we got there , there was no stove, no dishes, not forks or spoon. Cabinets were bare. The only difference between a kitchenette and a regular room was the fridge in the kitchenette had a freezer up top and the regular room didn’t. There was no blow dryer in the room. Bedding was very clean but very thin. We asked for a blanket and was told all the room were occupied and they weren’t sure they had extra blanket to give us. We did get a blanket some time later. No ironing board and the pool was under construction so we didn’t get to swim. We stated two night we will not book here again.

Our room was very clean as well as the property. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was being repaired but we were busy with a wedding anyway. Definitely will book here again, location was perfect as far as getting to major highways, lots of stores near by including a Harbor Freight and RV parts and repair shop for anyone camping. Also pet friendly!!!

The room was clean at check in. That was the only time it was clean. I got back to my room the first night and was locked out. I had to get a new key. The following night, the same thing. The man at the desk said there was a "note" on our account. He said the maid said our room was too dirty and smelly so she didn't want to clean it, I guess. The man at the desk verified that our room wasnt bad and shouldn't have been an issue. I told him if the room does smell its because the trash with my son's dirty diapers hadn't been emptied since we checked in (2 days prior). I had to request new bedding and put it on myself because the maid wouldn't do it. The only pleasant experience was with the front desk employee on Friday night.

My stay was great, didn’t really have any issues. Staff was lovely and always made sure I had towels.
