We were staying in Florence and decided the morning of to go to Villa La Massa for the night. We wanted more peace and quiet after being in Rome and Florence, and we are so glad that we did. We were debating between the Belmond property and Villa La Massa, and chose Villa La Massa because it was half the price and provided bikes (we really wanted to bike along the river). We are so glad that we chose Villa La Massa because the experience was 10/10. We were a little hesitant at first because some of the photos on Trip Advisor look different than the website but please note that the trip advisor photos are OLD before renovations!!! The hotel and pool are both completely renovated and GORGEOUS, the photos on their website are real and accurate. I am very particular on hotels and this hotel is 10/10 -- we booked through amex centurion fine hotels and resorts and it lived up to the rating! Our room was stunning, overlooking the river and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. We used the hotel bikes to ride to Florence along the river -- it was about a 25 minute bike ride and we locked the bikes right near a bridge in Florence and enjoyed lunch / walking around. The front desk is extremely helpful and it is just a gorgeous property. The food is great, the views are great, and I def recommend!! If you're considering staying here for a night our two to enjoy the countryside, book it, you won't regret.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel Charme. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist beispielgebend, dies gilt besonders für die Hausdame. Die Nähe zu Florenz ist sehr interessant, der Schedule des Shuttle Bus sollte dringend überarbeitet werden, entweder zu kurzer oder recht langer Aufenthalt in Florenz ist aktuell die Folge. Die Zimmergröße ist recht überschaubar, für Reisegepäck ist eigentlich nicht hinreichend Platz weder zur Ablage noch zum Aufhängen. Das Frühstück war bis auf die Brotauswahl (Panini gab es nicht) wirklich gut mit reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal an der Bar wirkt leicht überfordert bzw. lustlos. Der Pool entspricht zumindest in seiner Tiefe eher einem Kinderplanschbecken. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel für 2 - 3 Tage Florenz

Wir waren 2 mal dort (für insgesamt 6 Nächte) um Florenz zu besuchen. Die Lage des Platzes ist absolut optimal um Florenz mit der Fahrrad zu erkunden. Man fährt ca 15 Minuten am Arno oder an der Straße lang und ist mitten im Herzen dieser wunderbaren Stadt. Der Platz selber ist sauber, man hat genug Platz und die sanitären Anlagen sind absolut top. Wer Florenz mit dem Wohnmobil besucht und nicht hierhin kommt, ist selber Schuld :)

Das Hotel ist etwas weit von der Altstadt entfernt, bietet jedoch einen Shuttlebus und die Zimmerausstattung und Hygiene sind gut. Für die Fans gibt es noch eine weitere gute Sache: Das Team von Florenz wird sich einen Tag vor dem Heimspiel im Hotel niederlassen. Wir hatten das Glück, uns mit den Stars zu treffen und Fotos zu machen.

Beste Erfahrung. Das Zimmer ist gut und sauber, die Lage ist wunderschön, aber was diesen Ort am besten macht, ist der Service. Sehr guter Service von Tomaso und frisches Frühstück. Wir kommen zurück ! Sie müssen mit einem Auto kommen, da es ein bisschen von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt ist, aber es lohnt sich !

Ho scoperto questa struttura per caso cercando un posto a due passi da Firenze dotato di parcheggio gratuito; sono rimasta stupita dalla tranquillità della zona, dall'atmosfera rilassante (musica soft nelle zone comuni e aree verdi in quantità) e dal design delle stanze, rinnovate con gusto e molto pulite. Cortesia e accoglienza eccellenti. Degni di nota per chi viaggia in famiglia anche giardinetti con giochi annessi alla struttura! ;) Tornerò!

Super netter Rezeptionist, der uns Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gab. Rief uns Taxi, das in 3 Minuten direkt vor dem Hotel stand. Fahrt zur Ponte Vecchio kostete 13 Euro. Pool sehr erfrischend. Tolles Frühstück inklusive. Zimmer zur Straße hin leider laut (Verkehrslärm)

Super nice hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was a bit small but tastefully decorated. Small kettle in the room with several tea options was a nice touch. The room window has a wooden door that when closing it, it totally blocks the light from outside. I loved it! The view from our room was of green hills and a small field of olive trees. So beautiful and so peaceful! The room, the bathroom and the all hotel area were spotless clean. I have stayed in hotels were sometimes the room is a bit dusty or the bathroom’s utensils are with spots, but in Villa Neroli it was totally the opposite, their cleaning standard were higher than usual. My only advice for improvement for the hotel is to fill the room with more bathroom supplies like body lotion, shower cap and soft tissue. There weren’t any of them and I needed to go to reception and ask for supply. Breakfast- really liked everything that was offered. All products were fresh and of high quality. The bread, the coffee, the amazing fruit salad, the yogurts and everything else were very good. There was even a corner with carrots, pineapple and ginger to prepare fresh juice and a self service pancake machine. Location- the hotel isn’t located in the center of Florence but it is about a 10-15 minutes drive from the center. Since I came with my car it was perfect for me. The hotel has an outdoor free parking, which was extremely convenient . The neighborhood o the hotel is a residential one. It doesn’t have the lively atmosphere of Florence center, but I didn’t mind about it and suited me perfectly. Last but no least I want to note highly the lovely staff of the reception. What a team! Always polite, helpful and genuinely nice. I liked them a lot. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable.
