1. Arrival – Reception & Welcome • When we arrived by taxi from Florence airport, we had a professional and very friendly welcome from the team at Reception. First impressions really matter, and Luciana and the team were superb. We knew we had arrived at a leading hotel and throughout our stay we were not disappointed. 2. Room • Our bags were taken to our room, and we were shown to the first floor, room 211. This room was immaculate, and the bathroom facilities were great. • Throughout or stay the room was cleaned to a very high standard daily. The towels were thick white and fluffy, the bed was fantastic, and the sleep quality was superb. • The view from this room down across Florence is spectacular. 3. Restaurant • The restaurant has an outside terrace where the tables look out across Florence. We had breakfast and rinks here which was amazing. The wine cellar is extensive. • There is also a garden terrace with pagodas and soft furnishings, great to relax, have a drink, meet with other guests or have some peaceful quiet time too. The views from here are as spectacular as the restaurant and we often sat and soaked up the amazing sunsets from here. 4. Hotel & Location • We felt the location of the FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole was superb, it is away from the bustle of Florence whilst still close enough for a short journey in. A short walk from the hotel you will also find bars and restaurants, roman ruins, wonderful woods to walk or run in and the hotel grounds are great with a small but sheltered and very relaxing swimming pool. 5. Staff • This hotel is managed by a team of outstanding professionals. The Breakfast & Lunch Manager – Nicola directed his team like a conductor guiding an orchestra. When Nicola was on shift the professionalism and smooth operation was evident. He was aware of every table and the service was always exceptional. The hotel GM – Beatrice Pieraccini is outstanding. Beatrice works hard to ensure guests are looked after and has developed a team of professionals that extend her vision to ensure her guests get five-star treatment and always feel like VIPs, which we did. We highly recommend the FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Florence.

Ich habe in Il Trebbiolo Relais für drei ruhige und schöne Tage geblieben, genießen Sie den Pool oder reisen Sie nach Fiesole und Florenz mit dem Morgenbus und fahren Sie am Nachmittag zurück. Erstaunliches Personal, das auch mit Transport und lokalen Informationen unterstützt hat. Großes Frühstück und leckeres lokales toskanisches Abendessen. Große Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht und sehr gut gepflegt. Es war der perfekte Ort, um meinen Via Degli Dei-Reiseweg zu beenden. Es wird sehr glücklich sein, wieder zu besuchen.

This hotel up on the hills, close to the charming little town called Fiesole to the north of Florence is a wonderful little place. In particular, walking along the corridors up on the second floor of the old building, I enjoyed many views of the surrounding countryside. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and I was pleased with the breakfast that's provided in the morning. Of course, this hotel is situated out in the country but it's very easy to reach Fiesole or go down into the centre of Florence using the local bus service. Fiesole is certainly worth a visit. I was quite surprised to learn that - apparently - Queen Victoria spent a few days/weeks there a few decades ago.

A parte la disponibilità e gentilezza di chi si occupa delle pulizie, Lidia e Aly mi sa si chiamino,ho trovato pessima l attenzione che i gestori danno ai clienti. Mi è stato girato un link dove le descrizioni non erano chiare . Risposte ai messaggi dopo insistenza,in fase di prenotazione, frettolose e rapide,nessun tipo di gentilezza e accoglienza.Si omette che sono seminterrate e che se una ha un finestrone alto che si ha perfino difficoltà ad aprire,le altre hanno delle persiane vecchie che sigillano la portafinestra. Puzza di chiuso e di muffa...bagno vecchio e rovinato,letto scomodo. Gestori fantasmi. ( credo di averli incrociati una mattina e non si sono nemmeno presentati) Comunicazioni con essi davvero inefficaci. Utili le macchinette esterne all edificio per farsi un tè o cappuccino.Ricevuta chiesta e mai avuta.

Wir hatten hohe Erwartungen für dieses kleine Hotel. Es war ok, und das Zimmer war schön und sauber, alles, was Sie von einem Hotel mit diesen Preisen erwarten. Eine Sache, die wir wirklich wünschen, wo wir informiert waren, war die Lautmusik aus der Bar HIERNACHT von 18.00-00.00. Also, wenn Sie Zimmer stehen vor der Bar, bringen Sie Ohrspüler. Das Hotel hat uns auch eine Liste von Restaurants, die empfohlen. Wir haben zwei davon versucht, mit enttäuschenden Ergebnissen. Einer von ihnen hat uns so schlecht behandelt. Es war klar, dass sie nicht wie Touristen mögen. Wir haben uns nicht mehr gefühlt, als ob sie uns wirklich nicht mögen. Der andere Ort wurde am Montag geschlossen (die informiert werden sollte) Die zweite letzte Nacht haben wir einen Gutschein für einen kostenlosen Cocktail in der Bar (weil es wirklich nicht scheint, dass jemand die Bar besuchte... weshalb ich nicht verstehe, warum die Musik gespielt wurde So lange jede Nacht) haben wir es nicht verwendet und ich bin froh, da wir ein paar überhörten, die sich darüber beschweren, dass der Ort, wo nur ein Getränk und nicht ein Cocktail erlaubte, was der Gutschein tatsächlich sagte. Der Manager scheint sich wirklich nicht sehr um ihre Beschwerde und den Vorschlag, den Cocktail-Gutschein zu ändern, zu trinken, aber immer noch endete, ihnen ihr Geld zurückzugeben (nicht mit einem Lächeln und Service, wenn Sie mich fragen) Sie informieren Sie auch, dass es kostenfreie Parkplätze mit dem Hotel gibt, aber das ist nur, wenn es einen Platz zur Verfügung. Andernfalls werden Sie verurteilt, um die Seitenstraßen zu wandeln, bis Sie einen Platz finden.. So im Allgemeinen ist es ein schöner Ort, aber ich bin nicht sicher, dass es Ihr Geld wert. Ich würde für ein besseres Servicehotel - nahe dem Stadtzentrum - weniger zahlen.

This is a lovely little B&B. It's very clean with generous sized rooms with a little fridge, TV and loads of wardrobe/storage space. The host was very kind and was very keen to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. It's a good 30 min walk into the heart of Florence and 15 mins from the closest train station. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. There aren't many places to eat nearby and with it being a bit out of the way, it's not really a place you can nip back to change or rest before going back out.
