Gut gefallen hat uns das große Zimmer. Vom Platz her war das völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen. Auch das Bad war von der Größe in Ordnung. Am Buffet war eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ob zum Frühstück oder Abendessen, es war reichlich und gute Qualität von den angebotenen Speisen. Der Speiseraum war großzügig. An Getränken wurde eine gute Auswahl angeboten allerdings auch sehr teuer im Vergleich zu Bars oder Cafés in der Nähe. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit auch wenn sie nicht immer Antwort zu Allergenen im Essen geben konnten. Von der Lage, praktisch um die Ecke ist eine Hauptstraße wo man alles findet. Was uns nicht ganz so gefallen hat: Die Armaturen im Bad sind wohl doch schon etwas älter. Fazit: Kann man empfehlen.

We booked it at the last minute as the original hotel didn’t have a working pool. The staff were fantastic and every single one helpful. The room was on the 6th floor and very spacious. Everything was spotless. The view of the port in the distance from the balcony. The tv has Netflix. The minibar was reasonably priced but we didn’t need anything as bottled water is left for you daily. The beds were very comfortable. We had a big double and a single. The air con was powerful. Breakfast was extremely good. There is Turkish tea, Nescafé and juice to drink. There is an inside pool, sauna, gym. Again, very clean. Towels available for pool. In the room they had slippers and a dressing gown. Great value for money. It is the staff that make this place though

I was dubious coming to the hotel due to some of the reviews, however, I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing and the cleanliness in and around the hotel amazing. I would have given 5 stars, however a few things maybe the hotel can review for others 1 - either soundproof the rooms (which isn't easy) or maybe supply earplugs. 2 nights we've been woken by inconsiderate guests speaking extremely loudly at 3am! 2 - food needs to be hotter. Luke warm soup etc really isn't nice 3 - the dogs.. as lovely as they are, none have been neutered and guess nature takes its toll. I did advise reception as there will be 6/8 more pups in 9 weeks or so. Hopefully they can get her to the vets in time A day can be spent 5 minutes walk in Varooşa, amazing but sombre to see the after effect from the war.

Das Hotel ist sauber und komfortabel, mit gutem Service. Das Restaurant im zweiten Stock bietet köstliches Essen und eine Bar. Sie können Spaß haben, ohne auszugehen. Das Leben in der Umgebung ist bequem, aber die Menschen in Beisei fühlen sich so wohl, dass sie nicht einmal wissen, wie viele Tage sie am Tag arbeiten müssen, und sie müssen Geschäfte auswählen, um während der Arbeit Dinge einzukaufen.

Stayed here for 1 night B&B with my partner and we were really impressed! I couldn't find many reviews when I was booking so I thought I would write one. It's a lovely little hotel, we had a sea view room which was clean and comfortable. We arrived at 1pm and there were still sunbeds available on the beach and by the pool. It's a nice sandy beach and the waiter came round for our drink orders. Sandwich from the pool bar very good and reasonable prices. There was a singer in the evening which we didn't expect. Breakfast was fine, not much hot selection but nice breads and fruit. Overall a nice relaxing stay and we will definitely be back! If you don't have dinner included, recommend the Jashan Indian, 2 mins drive up the road.

The staff was very friendly and makes the guests feel special. The behavior of everyone working at the hotel always made us happy.
Although the facility was a little old, both the rooms and common areas were clean. It was pleasing to see that the sun lounger cushions were wiped regularly and the cooking and presentation areas were cleaned thoroughly when the meal time was over.
Food variety and taste were quite sufficient. We usually arrived at the restaurant 1 hour after the meal start time and were able to eat as we wanted without waiting in line. We were happy to have alternatives such as freshly cooked products and a surprise Chinese buffet.
We were equally pleased with all the bars and pool/beach services. With music and ******, we had a pleasant time without having to leave the hotel.
Areas that need improvement are bed comfort and sound and light insulation of the room. Guest relations and housekeeping helped us with the bed, but the beds still need to be renewed and blackout curtains need to be installed in the room for a more comfortable sleep. Adding sound insulation to the doors would also be helpful.

Ich ging mit einigen Freunden zu diesen Wohnungen und wir sind sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Und die Wohnungen waren geschlossen an schönen Stränden. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und komfortabel. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment sehr anderen, die nach Zypern reisen.

Ich kann nicht verstehen, das es negative Beurteilungen gibt ! Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Super Empfang an der Rezeption , sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool und Meer mit Wasser und Kaffeemaschine! Wir hatten All-inclusive gewählt und ich muss sagen das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Der Chefkoch war immer anwesend und hat gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist! Das gesamte Personal, ob Rezeption, Restaurant oder Pool Bar war immer super freundlich, nichts war ihnen zu viel! Auch der General Manager war ständig anwesend und hat geschaut ob die Gäste zufrieden sind! Die zwei Pools und das Gym hervorragend! Zu den Stränden war es auch nicht weit und sind alle sauber und gepflegt! Ein Spa ist natürlich auch vorhanden! Ich war wirklich schon in vielen Hotel, aber das Al Herbal gehört für mich zu den Besten! Hervorragend 👏👏

we stayed there for the first time! we were 3 families with children. The rooms were clean. Although the kitchen could have been more well equiped, i.e cuttlery, washing liquid. Our booking was half board and to our surprise there was not a buffet for dinner. We were given 2 options to choose from. Thus, we did asked them to cook sth else for us, and they were eagered to help and served what we liked to eat. The owner and all employees were extremely polite. walking distance to Nissi avenue and Ayia Napa's square. 3 mini markets are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
