Everything clean and high quality. Very professional operation. Great for groups with a wonderful catering size kitchen fully equipped. Good quiet location just a short drive from everything in Newcastle. Cleaners very particular about everything.

Excellent value for a very clean and comfortable accommodation with great Managers. Everything in the room that you need - Hair dryer, shampoos,conditioners, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery. Toaster available from Reception. Have stayed a few times and will always return.

Travelling with someone who is not my partner and selected a self-contained villa online. When we arrived, there was just one double bed in the shared sleeping / living room. The photos of the villas on the TMV website has only one picture showing both beds and that has the double in one room and a single in the living area. As we were not a couple, that is what we wanted and expected. We paid $150 expecting 2 rooms. I could have paid $100 in Newcastle for a single room with 2 beds. When I called the reception, I was told there was a sofa bed and if I pulled it out it should have sheets on it. The staff came to the villa and the sofa was opened, ejecting a number of crumbs, half eaten chips and an old drink bottle covered on cobwebs. The sheets were on the sofa bed, but from when? I just slept in my clothes on top of the sheets and showered in the morning. The person who had been on reception was quite dismissive suggesting the problem was because we booked on line. ( why be on booking.com if it's not ok to book on line?). If we didn't like it, we could get a refund and go somewhere else ( at 9pm on a Saturday). But to add some balance, if there had been a separate room as in the photo on the website and the bed had been made up and not filled with what had fallen down the back of the couch, then it might not have been too bad. It was clean, quiet and good enough for a one night stay. But not for $150 a night in Newcastle.

Schöne Umgebung, aber viel schlimmer als der Hausservice?

War verzweifelt, wohin in Newcastle zu bleiben, so reserviert dieses Zimmer. Was für einen Fehler! Hatte Probleme beim Einchecken, weil es eine Selbstkontrolle (auf dem Mobiltelefon), dann realisiert, dass es keine Rezeption vor Ort! Ich musste die Anweisungen nur folgen, um in mein Zimmer zu kommen. Innerhalb des Zimmers war sehr grundlegende. Es gab nur ein Fliegenbildschirm auf den Fenstern und die Oberseite des Toilettes wurde gekrackt und schäbig. In der heutigen Gesellschaft, wo alles von Menschen wie mir bewertet wird, weiß ich nicht, wie dieser Ort im Geschäftsleben bleibt! Vermeiden Sie, wenn möglich!

Kundenservice konnte mit einer Rezeption beurteilen, obwohl Frühstücksservice freundlich war, Dusche am besten kalt, Poolbereich großartig, Frühstück gut, große Lage Zimmer komfortabel genug, Enttäuschend, um Zimmerservice-Taschen für Stunden am Ende zu sehen, die Korridore nicht schwer zu organisieren, jemand zu prüfen eine Stunde nach dem Zimmerservice sicherlich gestellt!! Zweimal gefragt, wie Pool-Toiletten zu glatt werden, als hätte ich zwei Kopf nur herauszufinden, es gibt keine, dritten Spaziergang nach der Rezeption mit einem hey guys gibt es eigentlich niemand Ich bin nicht nur dumm!!
