Laut Homepage von Travelodge sind Parkplätze verfügbar. Tatsächlich stimmt das nicht. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über keine Parkplätze. Sämtliche öffentlichen Parkplätze im Umkreis sind morgens maximal bis 8 Uhr nutzbar. Travelodge hält es scheinbar auch nicht für nötig, andere Konditionen für seine Hotelgäste auszuhandeln. Die Rezeption kann keine vernünftige Auskunft zu Parkplätzen geben, die keine Kurzzeitparkplätze sind. Die Rezeptionistin war zwar hilfsbereit und sah in einer internen Informationsmappe des Hotels nach, der darin aufgeführte Parkplatz existierte aber überhaupt nicht, nachdem wir dorthin gefahren sind. zweieinhalb Stunden verschenkte Urlaubszeit für die Suche nach einem Parkplatz, für die man nicht um 8 Uhr das Auto entfernen muss. Das uns angebotene Zimmer stank außerdem nach Erbrochenem und war dreckig, es konnte allerdings problemlos nach Beanstandung in ein Zimmer getauscht werden, dass ebenfalls nicht ganz sauber war. Wenigstens stank es nicht. Fazit: Ich empfehle jedem dieses Hotel zu meiden.

Das Hotel ist 3 Nächte gegessen das Zimmer, das wir sicherlich viel Reinigung brauchten. Aber in der Behauptung, es schien sauber und komfortabel, obwohl sie nur sehr feste Kissen hatten. Ich glaube, ich könnte für weichere bitten, aber ich nicht. Das Hotel war voll von Gästen, die es taten. Es klang gut aus unserem Zimmer, aber nicht genug, um den Schlaf zu stören. Jetzt das Essen, wir essen das Abendessen auf unserer ersten Nacht und obwohl ich es ok fand, ist mein anderer ein Vegetar und die Wahl war nur Vegetarische Curry, die nicht so attraktiv sah. Aber für mich gibt es vieles zu essen, nicht das größte, sondern für ein Budget Hotel, das sie ihre Kundenbasis kennen und war geschmackvoll. Ein Buffet ist verfügbar, der Salat, Fleisch und Fisch umfasst. Ein wenig preiswert und fühlte sich wie meine andere Hälfte enttäuscht war nicht wert für Geld wieder wir nicht klagen, da ich genügte, zu essen und wirklich sollte das Menü zuerst lesen. Frühstück war ein anderes, was ich für ein Budget Hotel fühlte war mehr als ok. Ein Buffet wieder von gekocht und Getreide/Porridge. Die gekochte war gut und obwohl man es kann sagen, ist alles aus Kochpackungen zubereitet, es war nicht echte Küche gemacht wurde es sehr geschmackvoll und füllen. Sie können nie wirklich ein schlechtes Frühstück machen. Wir essen in der Bar letzte Nacht und fühlten sich, dass es für Geld wert war. Lage war gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß nach Bournemouth nahe Boscombe schöne Wanderung durch den Park. Andere Bewertungen haben Probleme erwähnt und Obdachlose dort bleiben, bitte erinnern Sie sich, Brittainia Hotels haben einen Regierungsvertrag für das, aber ich habe nie bemerkt oder gesehen, irgendwelche Probleme.Während dort. Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich, der für den Restaurantservice zuständige Mann war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie setzten die Königin begräbnis im Fernsehen in der Bar und wurde von etwa 12 Personen beobachtet, die ein schöner Touch gut zu sehen mit anderen Leuten. Schwimmbad war ok und das Wasser war warm und sauber. Al im Allgemeinen nicht ein hervorragender Aufenthalt, aber für den Preis nicht schlecht. Ich würde wieder gehen, aber jetzt weiß ich, was sie viel Unterhaltungswochen machen und sie scheinen ihre Kunden kennen zu lernen und ihre Dienste darauf zu richten.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

Hallo, der Service des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Die Hotelbediensteten sind immer sehr freundlich und gerne hilfreich, sie sind immer bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und nützliche Empfehlungen zu bieten. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück des Hotels sehr lecker, viele Arten und gibt es täglich verschiedene Optionen. Der Service des Restaurants ist auch sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr aufmerksam und enthusiastisch. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Preis des Hotels etwas hoch ist, aber angesichts der Lage und der Qualität des Services denke ich, dass dieser Preis immer noch sehr vernünftig ist. Zusammenfassend, ich mag dieses Hotel sehr sehr, wenn ich wieder in diese Stadt reise, werde ich sicher wählen, wieder zu bleiben.
