As this is holiday park it’s very normal to have communal bathrooms and kitchen. However it’s very quiet in the nighttime unlike busy caravan park. We had very good rest.

Last minute change to a cabin with toilet and kitchen. all good expect for the bed sheet smell like a smelly leg but the heated is good only thing is the bed sheet is a bit dirty with dust and bug but overall all good

We met other great locals and tourists in the common kitchen! A well equipped Kitchen with hit water, microwave, large oven, bread toaster etc. This really helped us to be productive for our short stay in Christchurch. Thanks

I had a fantastic stay at Christchurch Tasman Holiday Park! The location is perfect — close enough to the city for convenience, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The facilities are excellent, with modern amenities including clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable communal areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of accommodation options available, from powered sites to cozy cabins. This place is budget-friendly and offers all the necessary amenities. It’s suitable for a short 1–2 day stay. However, I was charged twice for my stay, which I initially thought was a deposit. Nonetheless, the staff helped me resolve the issue.
