Zunächst einmal wurde aus der guten Bewertung eine schlechte Bewertung. Die Zimmerausstattung und die Lage sind sehr gut. In der Bestellung stand, dass es eine Geschenktüte gab. Ich ging zur Rezeption, um danach zu fragen. Die Rezeption sagte, dass sie mir beim Auschecken gegeben würde. Beim Auschecken sagten sie, dass ich sie Ihnen geben würde, wenn ich mein Gepäck wegschiebe, und sie vorbereitet wäre. Ich kam eine Stunde später mit meinem Gepäck zurück und hatte es eilig zu gehen. Ich hatte nichts vorbereitet. Ich habe es nie bekommen. Ich musste nicht darum bitten, aber ich wusste nicht, ob ich es hergeben sollte oder nicht. Ich bat immer wieder darum, aber am Ende bekam ich es nicht. Das machte einen schlechten Eindruck. Ansonsten schreiben Sie es nicht als Geschenk, sondern ergreifen Sie die Initiative und bitten Sie darum. Das ist mühsam 😡

Vielen Dank an das Personal, sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist gut, die U-Bahn-Station ist 10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer war nicht so schön – es gab Baustellen. Außerdem lag das Hotel neben der U-Bahnlinie und manchmal hörte ich den Zug. Es war interessant, im Smart-Zimmer zu wohnen, aber leider ist es nicht auf Englisch verfügbar.

Good location to stay at if u wanna explore Ciqikou Ancient town. Quite a large town with lotsa nooks n crannies to get lost in. Love the Hotel's smart voice control for ac, curtains, music n tv!

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff was so thoughtful. We had a room that was near the construction area, and upon check in the staff let us know if we would like to switch to a different room on the other side to avoid the construction noise.

For such a beautiful hotel, it was just okay service. Nothing exceptional. The room we got is right beside a road that is noisy even at night from some construction. For a hotel that promotes sleep, they gave us a lousy pillow that is not the one they displayed outside. And the staff couldn’t have the brain to put us at a quieter place. They don’t greet you with a smile too. The AC is centralised , so we have to follow the preference of the local/hotel. The room was warm for us but we can’t change the temperature. It wasn’t a comfortable stay. It’s not necessary to stay here I guess.

Excellent location right at the edge of the old town area. Very comfortable sleep!

Located next to Ciqikou and I mean just next door to the attraction

This hotel conveniently located right beside the entrance of Ciqikou, with the hotel visible from the subway. However, there's no direct walkway to the hotel, and there was a lot of construction during our visit. This made it challenging to bring our luggage as we had to navigate many stairs (the main entrance is not on the first floor). Although there is an elevator, you still need to go through a lot of stairs. Despite these initial challenges, the room was very clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel offers useful amenities, including laundry and dryer facilities and complimentary water bottles. The highlight of our stay was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a unique touch to our experience. Overall, the hotel's proximity to Ciqikou and the quality of the service and facilities made for a pleasant stay, even with the minor inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, especially once the construction around the area is complete.

I came to the hotel earlier than the check-in time; however, the lady who was helping us with the check-in was nice enough to give us our room early. My favourite feature of the room is the advanced bidet system. It is so advanced yet easy to use. The housekeeping team did well in keeping our room tidy. The location is strategic as it is near a train station, eateries, attractions, and convenience stores.

The hotel quite hard to find if we go by taxi, as not all taxi drivers know how to go there. The breakfast is not soo much but the room is very clean. Front office staff is veru nice,helpful and can speak english for evening shift, really useful for foreigners to get information.

The room is clean and spacious. Hotel location is near to metro station. Will definitely come back!

房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，酒店旁邊是磁器口古鎮，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺很棒了。地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，值得獎勵～
