Robusta Inn

I had such a terrible experience in the hotel. The general ***ager is so rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I entered the hotel with my mother and sister. I asked the general ***ager to show us the room during check-in. The toilet bowl and seat cover was dirty and had brown stains. I informed him that it was required to be cleaned. I checked the bed, and the bedsheets and pillow covers had stains and hair. When I asked him to change the sheets, the general ***ager said he wouldn't change the sheets and that we should leave when I asked him how he could talk to me this way. He yelled, “ get out of my hotel”. He said that it was his relative's hotel. The housekeeping ***ager said that I had 10 minutes to decide whether we take the rooms in the same condition or leave. I'm so surprised as to how hotel staff can behave in such a ***ner with three women. After a long day of travel, we had to book another hotel again, having said that the most disturbing part was the behaviour of the hotel staff.
