It's a fabulous hotel, excellent service and location

While this hotel was located in the heart of the city of Chicago, everything else about this hotel is S***. 1. The bathroom sink and bath does not drain effectively. My legs were covered in my own bath water during shower and I was looking at my sputum while I brush because the sink wouldn’t drain on time. 2. We forgot a very important life dependent medication in the fridge at 11am when we checked out. We returned to the hotel at 12:30pm and the medication has been discarded. Staff were rude and dismissive at first and weren’t ready to help. As a matter of fact seem like they were prepared to fight with us verbally and physically. Until some other gentlemen came to speak to us. Medication discarded is worth over USD 25,000 but their claims department quoting law that they can only pay 500USD because they provided a safe.

The location was good and the price was good. It was clean overall, but the shower curtain in the bathroom smelled a bit

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend and it was a good experience as it was close to downtown and close to several convenient areas.

Very slow check in process at 6-7PM! No bath gel in the room! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are staying in Chicago!

Clean room with comfortable beds. Very busy location . The only negative is the cost of parking is ridiculous at $62/night.
