Da unser Hotel während Ihres Aufenthalts leider ausgebucht war, war die von Ihnen gebuchte Zimmerkategorie beim Check-in nicht verfügbar. Wir haben dieses konstruktive Feedback bereits an unser Team weitergegeben, damit wir ihm noch mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken und uns entsprechend verbessern können. Was den Stromausfall anbelangt, gab es einen erwarteten Sturm mit starkem Wind, der zu diesen Unannehmlichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft führte. In Bezug auf unsere Lage sind wir günstig gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Nachtbasar, 5 Minuten von der Altstadt und dem Warorot-Markt, 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom internationalen Flughafen Chiang Mai und dem Zentrum von Chiang Mai (größtem Einkaufszentrum) entfernt.
