Not far from Madrid Atocha but the location is a bit confuse and making hard to find the apartment..when u arrive u need to contact the apartment and the staff will help and guide u for self checkin..not too difficult but just hard to find the place because no signboard of the place name. Btw, apartment itself was good.. it has 1 sofa bed, washing machine & the provide everything. I feel like staying at home. So nice!

We were there around 10pm. We were waiting outside of the apartment for more than 45 min. There is no one answere our call and trip.com also couldn't find their supplier. We been told that we didn't reply their email and send out our passport copies so we cannot have the apartment. I understood that would be your hotel policy but we were on our journey. we couldn't reply you in time. We booked 3 adults accommodation and the sofa bed did not prepared for us. My dad finally slept on the floor. I did send message to owner but no one came over. My experience is trip.com gave customers bad response and this apartment is average.

Location was excellent and good size apartment for a family of 4, 2 separate bathrooms a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen really but it seemed good. Access was not too bad, although the registration and check in process was a bit awkward and clunky. Definitely recommend reaching out to the host before arriving to arrange a smooth check in.

非常滿意。性價比超高。就在火車站邊上。 沒有大的招牌就是普通的居民樓。 竟然有洗衣機。 但洗衣機不帶烘乾功能。 樓下還有一家餐館，Ocopus和tuna魚頭很不錯

住了兩晚還可以，離火車站很近，房間很大，就是第二晚到傍晚的時候沒有水了到後半夜才來水衹能第二天早上洗澡

酒店非常好,位置不錯非常方便,房間很大還有客廳和廚房,價格比周邊同級別酒店至少便宜20%,但就是沒有人工櫃枱服務,入住時候遇到問題比較複雜, 我們運氣非常好,在酒店門口等候郵件發送密碼時候正好遇到酒店經理過來處理事情順路幫我們辦理了入住,不然會比較麻煩. 因為如果你衹有微信不用其他平台,衹有國內郵箱通過攜程預訂那麼你收到確認你辦理入住的房間號和密碼出錯機會就大大提高,當然如果你西班牙語沒有問題就什麼不用擔心, 衹要打電話都可以解決的,他們也是大品牌連鎖經營. 總之我們住了四天非常滿意!

自助辦理入住，當天會收到郵件，郵件中會有房號還有密碼，離火車站很近，走路8分鐘，房間裏面很乾凈，不足之處在於上樓有一段台階，拎箱子有點不方便

Быстрое заселение по ссылке на Watsap, решение всех вопросов с помощью этого же мессенджера, удобное расположение, до вокзала Аточи 5 минут, до ближайшего метро 200 метров. До центра можно и пешком дойти. В номере все работало отлично.

離馬德里火車站很近，一般1點半就會通過郵箱收到入住碼，可以自助辦理入住了。公寓沒有門頭，主要靠門牌號碼找到的。

房間面積挺大。地方不太好找
