Given the seasonal conditions and our riverside setting, mosquito activity can increase, especially if balcony doors are left open. Our team responded promptly and continued with daily treatment, along with additional preventive measures, and we are glad to know the situation improved afterward.The air-conditioning in the master bedroom has since been thoroughly checked and resolved.Regarding transportation, your stay coincided with a peak holiday period when citywide demand was unusually high. Our complimentary shuttle operates within a designated area, and advance arrangements are recommended during such times.Our suites are designed to offer generous space and a residential riverside experience, which differs from standard hotel stays.
