In der Nähe des Esszimmers Der Garten ist wunderschön, das Servicepersonal ist lobenswert, sehr gastfreundlich, auch die Begrüßung beim Check-in. Und auch beim Verlassen ging man freundlich spazieren und redete, sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab viele Menüs, man konnte wählen, was man wollte.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Stadt und ist bequem zu reisen. Der Grund, warum ich übernachtet habe, war, dass es in der Nähe des Ko Phuea Ko Dam-Geschäfts liegt. Lieblingsrestaurant zum Essen Die Zimmer sehen sauber aus, die Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, dem Preis angemessen.

Ein Problem, über das man sich beschweren muss, ist das Upgrade auf ein Dreibettzimmer für 150++ SGD, aber eigentlich handelt es sich um ein Superior-Zweibettzimmer, nur mit einer zusätzlichen Decke und einem Kissen. Kein Zustellbett möglich. Fühlen Sie sich betrogen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ gut, direkt neben dem Tha Pae-Tor in der antiken Stadt. Nach einem Blick auf das Hotel sind die Möbel im Zimmer relativ alt. Insbesondere die Toilette im Badezimmer hat keinen Wassertank Es gibt keinen Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer, daher ist es umständlich, sich umzuziehen. Das heiße Wasser ist nicht heiß und die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind vollständig Das Hotelbuffet ist auch gut. Das Restaurant hat auf der einen Seite einen Swimmingpool und auf der anderen Seite das Tha Pae Gate. Die Umgebung ist gut, der Service in anderen Abteilungen des Hotels ist gut, aber der Zimmerservice ist sehr schlecht. Ich frage mich, ob das nicht mit dem Verbrauch zusammenhängt? Ich habe lokale Reiseleiter der Ctrip-Gruppe gefragt und sie sagten, dass kein Trinkgeld erforderlich sei. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hoch.

Sehr schönes und sauberes hotel, etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber dennoch gut vernetzt, um andere Regionen der Stadt schnell zu erreichen.
Obwohl das hotel direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, hab ich bis auf einige Krankenwagen nichts vom Verkehr mitbekommen.
Einzig und allein fehlte mir der Tresor.

GGuest UserPhra Singh village is a very nice boutique hotel in the old town. Considering it’s central location in the old town, the size is pretty decent. The drop off area is pretty spacious which is a luxury for hotels in old town. Building is renovated and decorated in traditional thai style and very well maintained. We booked the family room and room itself is very spacious.
It provides daily buffet breakfast which has different varieties and the best part is you don’t have to queue to get a table or for any food.
In addition the hotel provides daily afternoon tea which is another highlight. Amenities wise hotel has a gym and pool, though don’t expect it to be as grand as other five star hotel. It’s good enough for a chillout.
Really enjoyed stay there and highly recommended if you have a family group of 3 or 4 and want to stay together.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised and had an exceptional experience at De Chai Oriental. I had almost booked an Airbnb and only moved last minute to a Hotel to avail of daily housekeeping and the morning breakfast. While I was weary at first, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the room, the furnishing, the housekeeping, the quaint little breakfast and most importantly the staff. Big shoutout to Khun Jam and Khun Bow at the brekafast counter every morning. They are pleasant, hospitable and extremely kind even if it’s past the brekafast hour. Also, a big thank you to Khun Nack and Khun Wahn who helped me through tours and bookings of the elephant sanctuary, guidance with taxis for Doi Suthep and assistance with late checkout due to flight delay. Apologies to anyone whose name I may have forgotten from the front desk or brekafast room! This Hotel is close to every single coffee shop, famous eatery and bars. There are ample 7/11s, rooftop bars, McDonald’s and massage parlours around. The famous Why Not Italian restaurant is bang opposite to the Hotel door. I would recommend this place at a heartbeat and hopefully return for a stay during my next visit to Chiang Mai. Best

Die Lage ist gut, da sie in der Mauer ist und sehr nahe einer der Hauptstraßen, wo Sie Motorradverleih, Kaffee, Waschbecken usw. finden können.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Badezimmer ist auch gereinigt, und wir haben täglich Wasserflaschen in der Minibar geplatzt.
Es gibt einen Pool beim Eingang ins Hotel und es ist gut, denn es genügt, um dich von hohen Temperaturen zu erfrischten.
Das Personal ist freundlich und empfiehlt Ihnen, Dinge zu tun, die Sie in Ihrem Aufenthalt in der Stadt tun.
Vielleicht ist ein Zimmer vorzuziehen, das sich auf der oberen Etage befindet, da unser Zimmer im unteren Stock war und Geräusche hörten.

AAndyktcThis quaint hotel was rather underwhelming with the service. Upon arrival, we were ”greeted” with unwelcoming receptionist. Not that we couldn't help ourselves with my one luggage, it would have been nice if an offer to help by the receptionist/bellboy. In the end we carried the luggage to our room, up 3 flights of stairs, with the receptionist walking casually behind.
Next, we had trouble with the lock to the door. The same receptionist took our key card and tried (almost breaking it with some brute force) before it worked. One of the key catd seemed to be not working. Instead of sending the replacement key card to us, the receptionist ”instructed” us to collect from the front desk. Of which, we obliged so as not be too self-entittled. It would have been nice if it was otherwise.
One of the house keeping staff (female) was consistent in maintaining her disinterest in service. When asked about the switch for the jacuzzi in the main swimming pool, she just replied ”no, no, no”.... when my friends and i asked for the pool towel from the front desk, (yes, the towel ran out and no one was there to help), the same female staff appeared with a few towels. She really looked unhappy and always like stomped off after leaving two stacks of towels thereafter. The bext day when i asked for the shower gel and shampoo to use from the front desk (since it was not replenished during house keeping) again, the same staff brought over the small bottles of shower gel and shampoo. She just left the littles bottles in my hands and turned away... when i thank her nonetheless, she walked on without turning or any form of acknowledgement. well, i supposed she must be hvaing a hard time at the workplace. I wish her well. So i informed the manager that the staff may indeed need some help to cope.
To wrap the final day (and our less pleasant stay here), my friends witness a couple of units at our block who smoked in front of their units. One even had the ash-tray on the coffee table (similar to the one left at the designated smoking area). That left us rather puzzled that why the double standards where those guests were given the liberty to smoke in front of their units and for my friends, they had to climb 3 flights of stairs to the designated smoking area each time when they wish to smoke.
Nonetheless, the manager of the hotel did her best to address our feedback when we were checking out. Thank you for listening to us.

David und seine Mutter, die aufmerksamen Gastgeber, gingen oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Aufenthalt nichts weniger perfekt war. Ihre warme Gastfreundschaft und ihr Wissen über die lokalen Attraktionen machten unsere Reise wirklich unvergesslich. Sie waren immer bereit, uns an den besten Orten zu besuchen, zu essen und zu erkunden, um unsere Chiang Mai Abenteuer erheblich zu verbessern.
Die Lage des Hotels war ein echter Geschirr, bequem nahe alles, was Chiang Mai bietet. Nur ein schnelles 10-minute Fahren vom Flughafen, wir verschwenden keine Zeit, um in unseren luxuriösen Garten zu kommen. Außerdem waren wir froh, uns nur 5 Minuten von den reichlich gelaufenen Märkten zu finden, die uns in die lebendige lokale Kultur und Geschmack eintauchen.
Als wir uns freiwillig um die Gegend wandelten, waren wir froh, dass die charmante alte Stadt nur einen 10-minute Spaziergang vom Hotel war. Erkunden Sie die historischen Orte und charmanten Straßen wurde ein tägliches Ritual, und wir schätzten jeden Moment davon.
Ein Aspekt, der uns herausgestellt wurde, war die ruhige Lage des Hotels auf einer ruhigen Straße, umgeben von den Ortsbewohnern. Das Gefühl der Sicherheit und des Friedens ließ die allgemeine Ruhe des Ortes hinzukommen, so dass es nach einem Tag der Erforschung ein perfekter Rückzug ist.
Unser Aufenthalt im Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel war wirklich eine der besten Erfahrungen, die wir in Chiang Mai hatten. Wir planen bereits eifersüchtig unser nächster Besuch, da wir nicht warten können, um die wunderschönen Erinnerungen zu erleben und neue in diesem außergewöhnlichen Garten zu schaffen. OOrkidthis hotel is beyond my expectation. its a small boutique but i feel like staying in an expensive hotel. the interior is minimalist, clean and huge room too! toilet complete with tootbrush. its always fully booked that I cant check in early nor check out late bcs they are rushing to prepare and clean up the room.
locationwise, as a muslim the nearest wide halal food choice is a bit far — which is located in the Chiang Mai night market (6km +-). luckily i got scooter so its not an issue for me.
