The Hotel is a well maintained massive property. Beach facing rooms give a breathtaking view of the sea and are bound to make your stay memorable. The hotel is full of ***y courteous and helpful staff like Sital who work round the clock for enhanced hospitality of guests.

Das Hotelzimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, hatte ein bequemes Bett und es gab täglich kostenlose Obstteller. Auf jeder Ebene gab es eine Tafelberührung, die die Gäste ermutigte, Tamil zu praktizieren! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sogar eine Frühstücksbox am frühen Morgen gepackt. Wir hatten viele Gespräche und gute Einblicke in die Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten durch die Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren außergewöhnlich gut! Würde immer wieder hier buchen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, etwa eine halbe Stunde Fahrt vom Flughafen entfernt, Einkaufen und Einkaufen in der Umgebung ist bequemer. Gute Einrichtungen, intimer Service, reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Kurz gesagt, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zu kotzen ist die Kreditkarten-Kasse zeigt den Preis von Lu, das Ergebnis ist der Dollar, der Schlüssel ist der Wechselkurs der beiden. Vorschlag, wenn möglich mit Rupien zu bezahlen.

Ich habe in Zimmer Nr. *** übernachtet. Es ist sehr traurig, dass dieses Anwesen als 5-Sterne-Hotel eingestuft wird. Der Grund dafür ist, dass es im Zimmer keinen Minikühlschrank gibt. Ich traf den diensthabenden Manager, Herrn Rishi, der mir sagte, dass sie den Kühlschrank nur auf Anfrage der Gäste aufstellen würden. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich diese Art von Service kennenlernte. Als nächstes ging ich zur Bar in der Lobby, um ein Glas Bier zu trinken. Eine Mitarbeiterin war dort und sagte mir, dass ein kleines Glas 550 Rupien kostet. Also gab ich ihr 1000 Rupien und sie gab mir den Restbetrag von 300 Rupien. Ich war schockiert. Dann kam die Barmanagerin und sagte mir, dass sie es irrtümlicherweise erwähnt hatte. Dann traf ich den Etagenmanager, Herrn Varun, und der erklärte mir alles. Es tut ihm leid. Daher werde ich definitiv niemandem empfehlen, hier zu übernachten.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Sehr nahe Varni Mahal und an anderen Orten, wo Musikfestivals durchgeführt wurden, die uns zu diesen Orten zu gehen machten. Pandy Basar war sehr nahe und zu Fuß entfernt zu kaufen. Service war auch hervorragend. Morgens gab es Indien- und West-Food mit ***y Sorten. Service an diesem Ort war hervorragend. Rezeption im Hotel war sehr gut und hilfsbereit, insbesondere von der ***ager Raja Priyan. Nur eine Anregung ist, dass die Badezimmerreinigung etwas besser sein kann, vor allem die Toilettenreinigung.

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

Gut über die Lage, wenn jemand Zugang zum Chennai-Bahnhof braucht. Hotel ist sauber und ich wurde auf größeres Zimmer upgradiert. Schwimmbad ist klein, aber sehr sauber. Frühstücksauswahl war sehr gut. Hotelartikel sind sehr freundlich. Das einzige, was ich überhaupt nicht gefallen hatte, war das Abendessen in einem der Restaurants mit dem Namen einige “Kebab” (genauer Name kann nicht erinnern) . Das Essen für Vegetarier war ca. INR 2200 + ( Ich bekam obwohl 15% Rabatt als Hotelgäst ) , aber das Essen war für mich schrecklich , trotz der unmittelbaren Rückmeldung, noch niemand verstand meinen Geschmack & Präferenzen, Ich habe auch schlechte Bewertungen vor Ort an die Restaurant ***ager ... Ich würde 2/10 an dieses spezielle Kebab Restaurant geben, aber andere als das würde 8.5/10 andere Dinge geben

This is a lovely little hotel in the Egmore district. Stayed here for 2 nights - rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. There is a very small gym on the 4th floor that needs some maintenance but is functional. The restaurant is very good and both breakfast and supper were enjoyable. There are several shops and eateries within easy walking distance. The WiFi was good when working. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I came to Chennai again I would happily stay here - it’s family friendly and comfortable.
