A decent property well placed in city. The check-in process was not convenient and staff was bit untrained or already exhausted, 11am in morning. Rooms are decent, with cleaning challenges, as we found a cigarette butt and hairs in washroom from previous guests. B/fast was sumptuous and tasty. Staff was bit handy, but the GM of hotel is really friendly and active. He took feedback with grace and helped. Overall didn't feel like a 5 star experience, but certainly a good place to stay for a stop.

Das Hotel in Chennai war unsere erstes Hotel in Indien. An sich ist es ein sauberes Hotel welches eine sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool zu bieten hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber jedoch könnten sie etwas moderner sein. Das Frühstück war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Vor allem aber die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit!

A very good place for a gathering. Enjoyed a lot. The staffs are very hard working they are really good at their job The food was awesome. Really enjoyed my farewell. Thank you for everyone who worked on this party with us....... We surely enjoyed

I wouldn't stay here again. The only redeeming feature was the polite waitstaff. Rooms were not cleaned daily until a reminder. Not sufficient towels, toilet paper, smelly room, refrigerator didn't function, key cards didn't work

An oasis of calm, with fabulous evening meals plus an extensive breakfast. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

The restaurant at the hotel needs to train its staff in a better way. No one serves water until asked although they have a lot of staff available on the floor. Also the hotel is charging a very exorbitant amount for car rentals....almost double the tariff of car rentals that other hotels charge in other metro cities.

Overall a good experience specially in Chennai where I always get disappointed either coz of cleanliness or services... Turya is an exception... Definitely everyone should try it...

This hotel was recommended by a niece who lives nearby. Turyaa exceeded our expectations. The suite was well appointed, modern, clean and the hotel was well maintained. The staff were very helpful. Can't ask for more. Great value for money.
