The stay was pleasent. The rooms was good and nice and the food is also amazing.they staff was very nice and helpful the hotel looks like palace I really recommend this property since it is located in main road and metro station two are very close

Decent place and friendly staff. Near the metro so location is good. Also accessible by road as it is situated near the highway.. The front entrance is grandeur and beds are comfortable. Staff are responsive and helpful. ....... ... ..... ..

Decoration arranged for my son 1st birthday, Each and everything was very well decorated and satisfied. Team has put lot of efforts to make this event more successful. We had a family function there. The venue, food, quality of service, everything there was amazing. Samudhra decors were a pleasure to work with and their decor for the function turned out beautifully. Big thanks to Ambica Empire and Samudhra decors teams.

Front desk people were very nice and pious, particularly Mr Imran was awesome, very cooperative with good behavior. About housekeeping... wow... great work done by the assigned staff, their incharge Ms Srilekha was very helpful and being monsoon period, she was tremendously helping us as we are senior citizens. I do not have any words of your compliment breakfast, which really good and staff were incomparable with other hotels, as we had stayed ***y hotels before Ambica Empire in last 2 months. In whole we were fully satisfied of your service, finally about your general ***ager ... Mr .... (forgot his name, very sorry, sir) was down to earth gentle***, taking care of every guests and their views/needs. Hatsoff to Ambica Empire... i would recommend to all to stay with Ambica Empire... as we were there for whole ELEVEN days. With regards GP Vishwakarma

Currently the hotel is under renovation. But the official website is opened for reservation. I booked a room and when my relatives went there, they said it is under reservation and they did not know how the reservation happened. They asked me to forward the reservation confirmation to hr@ambicaempire.com to refund money. How do they accept the reservation during renovations and hotel is not ready to accommodate?
