The location was very convenient for me and the service provided by the team was excellent. Very courteous staff at the front desk and food options are plenty as the hotel is located inside the phone-ix mall.

Location is apt for shopholics, this is in phenix mall which is biggest shopping mall of chennai, very near to airport and merino beach, really awesome designed lobby, restobar too excellent, restaurant ambience is too lively, it's hidden gem.

More clarity about taxi drop and pick details to the guest can make the guest life mushroom easier instead of struggling in the crowed entrance

My recent stay at boleyard was very disappointed with the experience. The hotel failed to deliver on several basic amenities. The most significant issue was the bathroom shower, which was not working properly. The lack of a functioning shower made my stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. Furthermore, the breakfast was terrible. The options were limited, and the quality of the food was not up to standards. I was expecting a decent breakfast to start my day, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, i experienced other issues during my stay, including:
- no hot water supply
- faulty lighting in the room
- room not cleaned properly
overall, my stay at [hotel name] was disappointing & wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very good facility, centrally located. The facility was attached to phoenix mall, hence, time passing & shopping was easy. All top international & national brands were available in the mall. Value for money.

I had a worst experience during the stay in boulevard. There was a cockroach running over croissants during morning breakfast. There was a hair in egg omelette. We were frustrated and just got a reply that “sorry for inconvenience”. We stayed there for two days, and both the days we had power outage sharply at 09:30am which was there for 15 mins. This stopped the water supply in bathroom as well. The room was not clean. Some previous visitor left a cigarette packet in room which was still there even after we check in. There was not enough toiletries. The corridor was smelling with cooking smell. The entire place is like in the parking area of the mall. I would never recommend the place.
