Clean and with daily housekeeping. Very accessible just near the subway station, nearby so many restaurants and shops. The service is good and accommodating, very responsive to concerns or my requests. Room has all the essential things I need during my stay.

Location is excellent, and the service team was very responsive. Highly recommended for family with kids. There's a washing machine with drying function. Will certainly stay again if we come back to Chengdu.

The location is perfect if you prefer to stay in shopping district. Apartment was clean and can sleep 4 pax comfortably. Any issues, you can contact them via WeChat, the response was almost immediate. Checking out was also easy.

We had a comfortable stay in this apartment. The location is good and service provided was very good too.

Perfect location, closed to ifs, taikooli, metro. Spacious room with nice view.

The location and cleanliness were not too bad as a city based stay. However, the direction to the place was not accurate, it took us a while to find the right spot. We had a late flight, arriving the correct building at around 10-11pm, we found no one to support us but the security guards of the building. We tried to reach out the customer service via the app and wechat, yet there was no response. As the last thing we wanted to do, we asked the security guy to contact the customer service for us, he was so helpful but the person taking the call was not. There was basically no service or assistance from the staff of the stay.

Everything was great except the shower only has 15 minutes of hot water before it has to heat up more water. The place was clean, brilliant location for the center of Chengdu. Checked in by sending a picture of our id to the person, and asked the guy at reception for the card to enter the apartment.

Excellent location, just located at Takooli and so close to chunxi road. The unit is very clean, the amenities are good quality and the beds are comfy. The service apartment also provides daily cleaning service which is excellent. There are many famous eateries around. Highly recommended for friends and family who like to spend time together and stay at a convenient location.

A very huge apartment with complete facility. It's very close to the shopping area in the center of the city, many restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely worth the stay! More importantly, it's very close to the Chunxi Road metro station (with escalator of course). There are 3 elevators inside the apartment but somehow there are a lot of people, so we have to wait for some time to go upstairs. The owner is very nice too. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone :)
