Hier blieb es viele Male. Dieses Mal ein wenig enttäuscht, als die Dusche war nur kaltes Wasser. Aber überall glücklich mit diesem Familienhotel. Ideal für viele Besucher, Familien möchten vielleicht ein Hinterzimmer reservieren, wie vielleicht ein wenig laut in der Nacht in den Vorzimmern. Ich werde zurück.

Den Preis wert, gutes Zimmer, als sauber angesehen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur auf dem Parkplatz, ca. 200 Meter zu Fuß entfernt, im Bereich von Kneipen und Bars. Aber der Raum hält den Lärm von außen gut ab. Aber drinnen behalte ich es nicht. Menschen, die herumlaufen und laute Geräusche machen Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Meer ist zu Fuß ganz in der Nähe. Das Gebäude ist gut, nicht schäbig, nicht gruselig. Sehr lohnenswert.

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Our stay at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin was a harmonious fusion of modern elegance, gastronomic excellence, and tranquil natural beauty. Set amidst lush greenery, this chic beachside retreat offered luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches that elevated our romantic getaway. The Baba Grand Corner Suite (Suite number 3411 – located on the 11th floor) served as our luxurious haven, featuring an expansive 90 degree balcony with day beds that provided the perfect spot to unwind and admire the stunning sunset views. The suite's contemporary design, complemented by innovative lighting, created a romantic ambiance that resonated throughout our stay. We also noticed that the fittings and furnishings and all the materials used in the room and bathroom were of high quality. The large bathroom with soak-in tub, shower and the separate automatic toilet system were also appreciated. All-in-all the technologies used scream modernity and sophistication.   Each evening, the meticulous turn-down service welcomed us back to a serene atmosphere, setting the stage for relaxation and rejuvenation as we tucked ourselves into a very comfortable medium hard bed with plush linens. The complimentary minibar, stocked with our favorite refreshments including some typical Thai snacks and drinks added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to our experience. Our culinary journey at Soul Food, the resort's main restaurant, was nothing short of exceptional. We savored the Moo Hong (pork) dish and wok-style Phad Sew noodle dish, both masterfully prepared and served in a modern, chic setting that seamlessly blended with the resort's lush surroundings. The breakfast experience was a delightful highlight, offering a diverse array of Asian and Western options to tantalize our taste buds each morning. The banana pancake live station stole the show, serving up fluffy, delicious pancakes that became an instant favorite. This variety ensured that every breakfast was a culinary adventure, setting a positive tone for each day of our stay. Speaking of surroundings, the lush greenery enveloping the resort added a sense of tranquility and connection to nature, enhancing our overall experience. Everywhere we explored, vibrant foliage and carefully landscaped gardens provided a serene backdrop, creating an immersive and rejuvenating environment. We were also lucky to have the chance to try their Spa. The experience was a rejuvenating highlight of our stay, with a 60-minute massage enhanced by a unique scented ”Asian Blend” oil which had a pleasantly unique aroma to say the least. The skilled therapists and tranquil ambiance of the spa created a serene environment, allowing us to unwind and reconnect amidst the soothing aromas and expert touch. A standout aspect of our stay was the highly attentive and service-oriented staff, led by individuals like Khun Fern and Khun Yok. Their warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our experience exceeded expe

Was looking for a 3-bedroom villa in Hua Hin and found Veranda Resort via Agoda. Quite impressed by their online photos and made the booking almost immediately. The resort ambience was indeed amazing when we reached. After our check-in while the receptionist was walking us to our villa, I was shocked to realise that our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa is situated across the road at the annex building with no sea view. I expressed disappointment but the receptionist just went on to promote the other good things about the villa which I do agree. The 3-bedroom villa has 2 floors and is huge and clean. We entered into the dining area with a big comfortable sofa and a kitchenette at the side. Moving into the big living hall, there is a bigger sofa and TV with direct access to the in-villa pool. The master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a super king bed. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 bedroom with a king bed and another 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The only downside is no sea view (especially when Hua Hin is a beach area). On the 2nd day, we attended their cocktail party by the seaside and shared our disappointment when the resort General Manager Mr Jamnong was doing his rounds and asked for our feedback. He immediately offered to change our rooms. He was very nice and mindful that it would be a downgrade and asked if we are alright with it. We were more than happy to get rooms with sea view and took up the offer. As it was a ”downgrade” from our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa to 3 individual deluxe rooms, he also offered complimentary high tea and dinner for our group. He really went beyond the miles to make his guests happy and happier. We were really impressed with his top notch service recovery and will definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends for the beautiful scenery, luxurious accommodation and staff with great service.

Schreckliche schreckliche Erfahrung.... Erstens ist das Hotel schüchtern !!! Haar auf dem Boden, es gibt eine Art Wasserleckage, so gibt es Farben über fast alle Zimmertüren und auf dem Deck in den Badezimmern.... Als wir in das Badezimmer kamen, war es scheußlich! Mit Haar auf dem Boden aber der schlimmste ist, dass die Mühle war FULL von früheren Gäste’ verwendetes Gewebe!!!! Absolut unacceptabel!!!! Sofort ging zu informieren das Front Desk (Telefon war nicht funktionieren Überraschung Überraschung) wartet aber niemand kam! Ich musste gehen und die Reinigung Lady MYSELF finden und sie in unser Zimmer bringen! Der Schwimmbad ist ein Witz! Wenn Sie die Bilder vergleichen, die sie auf der Website veröffentlicht haben und was es jetzt aussieht, ist es buchstäblich Nacht und Tag! Man kann nicht einmal die Farbe des Pools sehen, die so dunkel ist! Groß!!! Die einzigen zwei Dinge, die dieses Hotel zu suchen sind das Essen, das ziemlich gut war und nicht, dass überpreist und die Tatsache, dass es direkt am Strand liegt, so können Sie einen Spaziergang und genießen Sie Essen und Getränke mit einem schönen Brise am Abend! THAT’S ALL that is good about this place! Never again! By the way it is located in the middle of nowhere, so there’s no 7-11, restaurants or cafés near so unless you drive or take a taxi you are quite much stuck with the hotel food! Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung! Kann nicht glauben, Centara schließt sich mit diesem Ort.....

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Wir hatten eine Beachfront-Pool-Villa, die wirklich sehr schön war, sowohl Innen als auch außen. Für diese Kategorie untypisch war, dass es keinen Turn-Down-Service inkl. kleiner Aufmerksamkeit gab. In anderen 5-Sterne-Hotel bekommt man Abends noch eine kleine Schokolade etc. aufs Bett gelegt. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber das Housekeeping. Diese haben mit großem Engagement und äußerst freundlich das Zimmer zwei Mal am Tag! gereinigt. Wirklich sehr, sehr bemüht und freundlich. Auch die Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung waren sehr gut und überdurchschnittlichen. Minibar, die immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde, war vorhanden. Bis auf Wein war alles kostenlos und in sehr ausreichender Anzahl (insbesondere Wasser) vorhanden. Leider wurde auch in diesem Hotel (wie in allen anderen von uns Besuchten) der Umweltschutz bezüglich der Handtücher nicht sehr beachtet. Handtücher wurden immer, egal ob auf den Boden gelegt oder nicht, ausgetauscht. Das Personal, vor allem Housekeeping, Gärtner, Security waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bat eine Auswahl an westlichen und asiatischen Speisen, der Hotelkategorie angemessen. Eierspeisen von der Station. Etwas verwundert hat uns nur, dass man sich Kaffee und Tee selbst holen musste. Das war nicht schlimm, aber normalerweise bekommt man bereits in 4 Sterne Hotels Warmgetränke serviert. Auch gab es Automatenkaffee, obwohl eine schöne Baristamaschine vorhanden gewesen wäre. Die Auswahl an Tee war mit vier Sorten auch sehr eingeschränkt. Auch die Brotauswahl war sehr übersichtlich. Positiv möchte ich die hohe Qualität der Gebäckstücke /Kuchen erwähnen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sehr groß! Auch die Außenanlagen sind mit Liebe zum Detail angelegt und gepflegt. Ein Gym, welches 24 Stunden geöffnet hat ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider haben wir nicht gewusst, dass die Bar nur von Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet hat. Dies war schade. Wir hätten diese auch unter der Woche genutzt. Das Abendessen im Hotel hatte europäische Preise und war von den Portionen her sehr überschaubar. In ca. 500 m Gehweite gibt es ein paar einfachere Restaurants und Massagestudios. Viele waren aber geschlossen, wahrscheinlich Auswirkungen von Corona. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, aber es gibt keinen (gar keinen) Strand. Im Meer baden kann man quasi nicht, aber das haben wir bereits bei der Buchung gewusst. Positiv ist dies für die Beachfront-Villen, weil keine Personen an der Villa vorbei spazieren gehen. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Villen!

Habe bereits die 2. Runde absolviert. In der ersten Runde lief es am Samstag sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist bis 11 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt eine Schaumparty und kindgerechte Aktivitäten. Aber dieses zweite Mal war ein Feiertag, der auf Montag fiel. Das Restaurant schloss eine Stunde früher als Samstag, sodass wir nicht frühstücken konnten, obwohl wir bereits Geld bezahlt hatten. Schade, aber das Servicepersonal war gut. Es gibt auch ein Kino zum Anschauen. Von jedem Zimmer aus kann man das Meer sehen. Der geschützte Balkon sieht etwas alt aus. Wenn es verbessert würde, wäre es sehr gut. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, aber man kann nicht im Meer schwimmen, es gibt viele Quallen. und die Wellen sind sehr stark Aber im Hotel gibt es Sand, den die Kinder schaufeln und damit spielen können. Alles in allem ok.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously.
