The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal Teilweise kostenfreie Events zum kennenlernen mit dem Leitungspersonal das den direkten Kontakt zum Gast sucht - sehr angenehm Kostenfreie Handtücher am Pool Pro Tag 6 0,5l Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer Abends wird nochmals gefragt und bei Bedarf auch Wasser und Handtücher ausgehändigt Tolle große und weiche Handtücher im Zimmer Frühstück von Sushi bis Nutella - vom scharfen Thai Curry bis Pancake, diverse frische Früchte, Joghurt und Müsli …. Für jeden Geschmack was dabei … Der Strand ist nur die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Hotel … nicht für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge geeignet Das Wasser war sehr aufgewühlt und nicht einladend … daher sind wir am Pool hängen geblieben … Und hier waren wir -anderen mag es gefallen- die musikalischer Dauerbeschallung ausgesetzt, teilweise sogar wie auf der Kirmes verschiedener Musik …. Grenzwertig! Zuviel ist Zuviel !!! Das Hotel liegt knapp 10 km von Hua Hin und ca 20 km von Cha Am entfernt Das Hotel bietet für 100 Bath pro Person zu bestimmten Zeiten einen Shuttle nach HuaHin an - nach Cha Am muss man ein Taxi nehmen Vom Moped mieten wird allseits abgeraten - wir haben es trotzdem getan und sind damit mobil.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. Was looking for a 3-bedroom villa in Hua Hin and found Veranda Resort via Agoda. Quite impressed by their online photos and made the booking almost immediately. The resort ambience was indeed amazing when we reached. After our check-in while the receptionist was walking us to our villa, I was shocked to realise that our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa is situated across the road at the annex building with no sea view. I expressed disappointment but the receptionist just went on to promote the other good things about the villa which I do agree. The 3-bedroom villa has 2 floors and is huge and clean. We entered into the dining area with a big comfortable sofa and a kitchenette at the side. Moving into the big living hall, there is a bigger sofa and TV with direct access to the in-villa pool. The master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a super king bed. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 bedroom with a king bed and another 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The only downside is no sea view (especially when Hua Hin is a beach area). On the 2nd day, we attended their cocktail party by the seaside and shared our disappointment when the resort General Manager Mr Jamnong was doing his rounds and asked for our feedback. He immediately offered to change our rooms. He was very nice and mindful that it would be a downgrade and asked if we are alright with it. We were more than happy to get rooms with sea view and took up the offer. As it was a ”downgrade” from our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa to 3 individual deluxe rooms, he also offered complimentary high tea and dinner for our group. He really went beyond the miles to make his guests happy and happier. We were really impressed with his top notch service recovery and will definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends for the beautiful scenery, luxurious accommodation and staff with great service.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und gemütlich, vor allem die Poolseite ist großartig. Wir hatten unser Zimmer an der Poolseite, das auch einen schönen Blick und Sonnenschein hat zu haben Balkon. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist sehr gut, Reinigung auf täglicher Basis. Die Pidgeons überall machen ihre Pflicht auf dem Balkon und anderswo, was ein bisschen unbehaglich ist. Restaurant(en) und Bar(en) sind gut, natürlich nur ein bisschen preiswerter als auf der Straße, aber komfortabel. Frühstück ist sehr reich, obwohl einige Produkte unsere häufig waren, wie Saft. Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand ist groß und alle möglichen Geschäfte und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants überall. Wir mögen viel dieses Hotel und können wirklich wieder kommen!
