Hampton Inn & Suites Cedar Park North Austin

Was great and wonderful thank y’all so much for the comfortable stay and the respect and costumer service

The property outside and inside was clean and the bar was nice and they serve breakfast. Close to shopping center which was great.

A very nice and mostly clean hotel (some spilled milk and food scraps in kitchen area) that is understaffed, with kind employees but many don’t speak English. There was no one at the front desk from 11:30-12:15 am and I gave up. People were trying to check in and someone was trying to get towels. I gave the woman my towels and dragged my heavy equipment upstairs, since no one was there to put it in the storage area. I was admittedly late to breakfast but it IS open til 10 am. At 9:30 there was no oatmeal left, and I could fill only a half a cup of the famous waffle mix. No syrup. I hesitate to write negative reviews but this property has great potential- conveniently located and relatively up to date. The parking spaces are skinnier than a Qtip. So if you arrive late, you may need to park down the street or improvise a space.

I would stay here again, it was so close to the venue I was going to. It was clean, in a nice area, had plenty of food options near. Easy to locate.

I picked this location because of the distance of the HEB arena. The whole area is nice and is easy to navigate from the freeway. The room was comfortable and we had no issues.

I liked how clean the room was and how quiet it was. The breakfast could be improved upon.

This property is beautiful! And loved the tv options...netflix, showtime, etc. Seriously nicest hotel we have stayed at in some time. We will absolutely stay here when we come back

******* offered us a king bed however upon arrival, there were no king rooms available. Hampton Inn staff indicated ******* oversold. In addition, the AC unit in the room was either old, damaged or in need of service as it had a loud rattle and could not be turned off at the thermostat. Hampton Inn could not offer us a different room or refund our money. We left and found another hotel and did not use ******* for this new reservation.

This was a great stay. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean and very comfortable.
