Ich habe dieses Hotel mit meiner 11-jährigen Tochter reserviert, um meinen Geburtstag zu haben. Das Hotel war ziemlich neu und die Designs sind modern. Einchecken war sehr reibungslos mit sehr freundlichen polizeilichen Frontbüros. Ich hatte eine frühe Eincheckung, da das Hotel damals nicht vollständig reserviert wurde und war nett, mir ein Zimmer-Upgrade anzubieten. Ich habe die Upgrade freundlich abgelehnt, da die Bettkonfiguration für mich und meine Tochter nicht geeignet war. Wir wollten ein Doppelbett und das Zimmer upgrade war nur für ein Queensgröße Bett. Die Größe unseres Zimmers war relativ klein für ein Doppelbettzimmer. Es ist ungefähr 21sqm in Größe und es ist nett, wenn alle Ihre Gepäck und Dinge rund um das Zimmer waren. Das Buffet Frühstück war auf der mittleren Seite, die heißen Gerichte wurden nicht warm gehalten und die Wahlen waren freundlich begrenzt. Aber für die mittlere Art des Frühstücks verbreitet, würde ich nicht mehr beschweren. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe (Ich meine Spazierweiterung) zu 7/11 Komfort Geschäfte, gute Qualität Restaurants in der Nähe , Mcdonalds, Mactan Alfredo etc ... Ich liebe die Atmosphäre der Gemeinschaft ... ihre wie eine kleine Stadt innerhalb einer kleinen Gemeinschaft. Nicht, dass ich wirklich so viel mag, aber es war nur etwas, das ich nicht sehr schätzte ... sein Hotel Pool, das sieht wie blut und wurde nicht sauber, als wir gingen, um das Gebiet zu besuchen. Die Preise in der Bar waren freundlich und würden keine glückliche Stunde während des Tages anbieten. Die Umgebung des Pools wurde nicht sauber und ästhetisch angenehm gehalten. Insgesamt genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt in Savoy.

We had a very delightful experience dining at Belmont Hotel Mactan. Their food taste really great and serving was generous. From appetizer to dessert, everything was gastronomic. They even gave us a complimentary cake since it was our wedding anniversary. Big thanks to Chef Regina. I guess her nickname was Ri and to Sir Michael who were very accommodating and gave us a 5-star experience. We’ll definitely be back! Good job Belmont!

Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, Ich bin hier 2 Nächte (28.2.2022-2.3.2022 Zimmer 437). Alle Service-Personal-Einstellung ist sehr begrüßenswert, bis ich den Empfänger namens CHARIE traf, meine Zimmertür war gebrochen und ich musste von der 4. Etage bis zum Frontdesk 2-3 Zeiten um Hilfe bitten, aber ich fühle mich, als würden sie nicht unterstützen wollen und mich warten lassen ist sehr Zeit verbrauchen. Nachdem ich es am Nachmittag beheben, ging ich zum Strand und spielte von 16:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, aber als ich die Tür ging, lief ich am Abend weiter, ging ich zum Vorderbrett für das vierte Mal, und CHARIE machte uns auf die Verarbeitung warten, bis 16:20. Ich sah, dass es viel Zeit dauerte, fragte sie: Kann ich zuerst zum Meer gehen und die Tür nachher zu reparieren, weil es sehr spät ist? , sagte sie: Sie müssen warten, bis die Reparatur vorbei ist, bevor Sie gehen können. Als Ergebnis war es fast 5 Uhr, als die Tür repariert wurde und ich hatte nur eine Stunde zum Spielen am Strand, weil es schon dunkel war. Warum habe ich das Hotel genug bezahlt, um den Service 20 Stunden am Tag zu nutzen, aber es dauerte mehr als 1 Stunde, um die Tür zu reparieren und mein Zimmer zu beobachten, als der Mann die Tür zu reparieren, das Front Desk Personal war nicht verantwortlich und zwang uns, ihr Zimmer zu beobachten, Die Haltung von CHARIE war sehr brutal. Ist die Hoteltür wegen uns kaputt? Warum ist Ihr Haus kaputt, aber Sie machen uns auf Ihr Haus zu achten, wenn jemand kommt, um es zu reparieren, es ist zu absurd. Während unserer Diskussion mit CHARIE hatten wir einen Antrag auf Umstellung von Zimmern, um Zeit zu sparen, um eine bessere Erfahrung zu haben, aber sie ignorierte und beantwortete die Frage nicht und sagte immer: ”Sie müssen warten”, während es 4 Uhr ist, Ich möchte after4PM schwimmen, weil es nicht sonnig ist. Das Hotelmanagement kann die Kamera des Zimmers 437 (15pm 28/02/2022 - 11am 02/03/2022) überprüfen, wie oft ich nach oben und nach unten ging und wartete, als die Tür gebrochen war. Ich habe keine Sorgen, weil das Personal sehr nett ist, einschließlich der Hausaufbewahrung und der Türreparaturpersonal sehr nett ist, ich gebe 1 Sterne, weil die Haltung der CHARIE mich nicht in der Lage zu sympathisieren. Von Anfang bis Ende habe ich keine einzige Entschuldigung gehört, nur DIE KEINE ... DIE KEINE ... (letztes Mal ging ich nach Solea) Letztes Problem, ich verstehe nicht, warum ich voll bezahlt habe, aber als ich die Mitarbeiter gebeten habe, eine Rechnung zu erstellen, informierten sie mich, dass sie mich nicht in Rechnung gestellt haben und schlugen mir vor, mich selbst zu fragen Trip.com

Nice and clean hotel .Easy and smooth check in and out .Bed is very comfortable and huge .The breakfast spread is good .Swimming pool at high floor so have day and night city view .Very polite hotel worker will greet you every time you meet them .The park mall is just opposite of hotel just need to cross the T junction traffic light .Many food and huge supermarket in park mall and only 15 minute ride to sw shopping mall .

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

Ich würde es 3/5 für meinen 3-Nacht-Stadt geben! Die Zimmer waren sauber und ruhig. Es ist von der Lautmusik oder Geräusche von anderen Orten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind auch neu. Es ist günstig, so dass Sie erhalten, was Sie bezahlt haben. Die Mitarbeiter am Front Desk können ein wenig mehr willkommen sein, ehrlich zu sein. Obwohl ihr Hotel nicht neu ist, sie sogar die Erfahrung mit einem ehrlichen und willkommenen Lächeln aus. Es wäre auch besser gewesen, wenn sie eine Minibar oder eine Wasserkocher, um etwas Kaffee oder etwas zu haben. Wenn Sie auf einem Budget und keine Probleme mit unweltfreundlichen Mitarbeiter im Hotel, Dieses Hotel wird empfohlen!

Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Atmosphäre ist gut. Es ist nur, dass ich nicht weiß, wie der TV/Kabel funktioniert 🥹. Danke, dass Sie wieder buchen werden.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Bad service I will definitely NOT recomment at all. We have booked ahead and they told us the rate wil not change at all. We would understand if they have informed us but we kept asking them and they said no the rate will stay as long you will pay the deposit which we paid right away. Now the person we talked to Ms Shayne has resign they wont honor the rate even we have the emailed but the other person Ms Jessica is still working at Bayfront Hotel Capitol, hasn't informed us at all at least we will know. Money is not an issue here, we were so frustrated about their communication and their service all they want is Money not the service. I even called ma y times but still the reception hasn't informed me at all. We have booked a room with kitchenette and there is stove but no pot to use or any basic things. Like what will I use then?! If you asked extra blanket/pillow/towel they want more money, which you have to pay more. This is why PHILIPPINES has a bad review at all I was looking forward as my friend recommended me to stay here but I should have listen to my GUTS then not to stay here but giving the benefits of the doubt. But I was right then. You don't want to stay here, you can stay at Cebu Parklane hotel and Radisson they have a good service and your money you paid for is worth it.

We checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.
