Das Hotel liegt im nördlichen Teil der Stadt, in der Nähe von Robinson, Restaurants und 7-Eleven. Das Zimmer war gut renoviert und sauber. Universal- und USB-Steckdosen sind vorhanden. Als Kaution sind 1.000 Pesos in bar erforderlich. Es besteht die Regel, im Zimmer kein geliefertes Essen zu essen.

It was great. Just the bathroom lock is so stressful but overall, it was a great stay. Will definitly come back and stay again.

The room was a decent size and generally clean upon arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked effectively, which was much appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the room lacked both a table and a cabinet. This made it very difficult to organize my belongings and work comfortably. Having a small table for working on my laptop or enjoying a meal would have significantly improved my stay. The absence of a cabinet meant I had to live out of my suitcase, which was inconvenient and made the room feel cluttered.

CHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice. THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain. RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay. SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away. OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

Ich war das letzte Mal im Lex Hotel in 2014 als Übernachtungsgast. Da ich positive Erinnerungen hatte habe ich dort wieder gebucht. Volltreffer das Hotel erfüllte in jeder Hinsicht wieder alle Ansprüche. Sehr sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, Frühstück sehr gut. Swimmingpool mit Bar auf der Dachterrasse ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen

This is our first time to check-in in this hotel and our experience was great. The room is huge and clean. I can say that the owner is generous enough to offer an affordable room with breakfast. In addition, the staff were friendly. The netflix is a plus, we really enjoy watching our favorite Korean series. It feels like we are just at home. Thank you. We'll book again next week.

Citadines Cebu is my family’s favorite accommodation in Cebu City. Different restaurants and supermatket on the ssne building. Taxi is very accessible. Clean room, with drinking water provided. Staff are all nice and you can feel the sincerity. Breakfast in Abaca is awesome! They elevated the taste of usual hotel buffet breakfast. Baked eggs, crispy bacon, pancakes, baked beans-must try -👌🏻

The room is clean and the breakfast is good too. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will book again soon whenever I'm going to visit Cebu City! 🙏❤️

Maintenance is bad or should i say worst...no hot water in shower..cant use t.v...hair Blower is broken.after calling them,,they didnt even bother to check . towels are dirty looking(dirty white) obviously looks.old like decades of using already..buffet breakfast food are not good but expensive....
