Die Lobby befindet sich im neunten Stock und im ersten Stock des Gebäudes gibt es strenge Sicherheitsschleusen und Drogenspürhunde für den Ein- und Ausgang.
Bis auf die Ameisen auf dem Esstisch war alles in Ordnung. Es wäre praktischer, wenn Seidenpapier auf dem Esstisch und dem Schreibtisch bereitgestellt werden könnte.

Liebe den Ort! 😍😍
Das Frühstückspaket war nur 300 für Abaca, aber wir konnten es an ihrem Café-Tag vor der Nutzung anfordern. 😅
Der Pool war wirklich schön. Meine Frau und ich waren die einzigen dort.
Ich empfehle wirklich, es hier zu versuchen! :)

i love citadines so much!!! it’s actually my second time here i booked it again bc the first one was nice! and this time (my second time) WAS THE BEST!!!! it’s my birthday and citadines surprised me with balloons and cake (?) from ABACA! I CRIED 😭 they’re so kind and the service is 🔛🔝 i’ll definitely book again soon. i love their lobby as well and the kind staffs, especially the guards sa entrance so welcoming and friendly!! ahhhh and the breakfast buffet??? chefs kiss ✨ thank you CITADINES! def one of my faves na! see you again soon ＜33

The staff is really friendly. But the conditions of room are not very good, especially the restroom. Moreover every morning there was a queue for breakfast. Very annoying.

Lovely room and all the amenities you need - the in room eco friendly water refill is a great idea. The staff were fantastic, everyone we spoke to was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Pool is a really decent length for swimming and great views of Cebu. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic, so much choice.

The breakfast buffet was the best!! Their staff are very friendly and accomodating. They greet you everytime they see you, even at the basement parking. The hotel was so clean and well-maintaned.
