Alles Top - Empfehlung! Großes, sehr schönes und gepfelgtes Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf die malerische Hafenstadt Cavtat. Man fühlt sich gleich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl und in Urlaubsstimmung. Unser meeresseitiges Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Alle Installationen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Uns wurden keine Extra-Wünsche verwehrt (Bügelbrett aufs Zimmer, Lunchboxen für den Strand, Zimmer-Upgrade,...). Wir hatten das Gefühl dass man sich auf uns gefreut hat. Alle Crew-Mitglieder des Hotels hatten stehts ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Auf Grund der aktuellen Covid-19 Situation gab es kein klassisches Buffet sondern alles a la carte (Essen ist top!). Das herzliche Team im Restaurant rund um Marija, Luce und Marina hatte diese neue Situation aber bestens im Griff. Wir wurden immer sehr schnell bedient und mussten auf keinen Gang lange warten. Auch hier wurden alle unsere Extra-Wünsche restlos erfüllt. Wir haben die herzlichen Damen mit ihrer positiven und offenen Art sofort ins Herz geschlossen und möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal für die wunderschöne Zeit und den tollen Service bedanken, man hat sich wie bei der Mama oder Oma gefühlt, wirklich wunderschön. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub bei dem wirklich alles gepasst hat. Wir waren 10 Tage hier und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Nadja & Stephan

Must say the hotel is in a nice spot beautiful views and the walk into Cavtat is pleasant Unfortunately for us these were the only positives. We stayed there in July which is perhaps the busiest time and a bit of an excuse for the very long food queues at mealtimes. It could also explain the used glasses and dirty plates left for hours in the corridors outside rooms. Same in the bar and not surprisingly the tables in the dining areas. Not a good look and makes the hotel appear scruffy. Our main grievance started with the room, so small we could only walk round it sideways. This was NOT the standard room advertised. No balcony which was surprising.According to jet2 rooms accommodate 2/3 people. Impossible !! Eventually relocated at a cost. Took this to their complaints dept on return but a total waste of time.. The entertainment day and night was just for french speaking. Differs again from the jet2 description. Queried with reception and was told 'no English entertainment' The manager defended this saying it was miscommunication but comments on Facebook confirm our version. We all have different opinions about food quality and I wouldn't be arrogant and question other people's opinions but for us it was disappointing. The breakfast offerings were just about OK but all other meals were poor. Half cooked bloody pork steaks one day. Too many examples to repeat. All subject to long food queues, some days just couldn't be bothered. Drinks were rubbish.. Tried various spirits with their undrinkable coke and couldn't finish one of them. Beer was sometimes ok if the pump was working properly.The soft drinks also poor. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Not a big issue but when we were checking out and looked under our bed surprised to find someone's discarded water bottle. Wonder how long it had been there? Security at the hotel was non existent. The 'private' beach is open to the public which probably explained the difficulties in getting a sunbed.. On our last nite we were woken by people in the swimming pool around 4am. We have done several AI holidays over the last year and without doubt this was by far the worst. Very disappointing.

Wir (Paar, Mitte 30) waren im August 10 Tage im Sheraton Dubrovnik. Positiv hervorzuheben sind im Bezug auf das Hotel selbst folgende Punkte: + Die Sauberkeit ist über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Egal ob in der Lobby, am Pool, im Zimmer, es ist stets sauber und ordentlich. + Die Zimmergröße des Deluxe-Zimmers ist ausreichend. Das Bad enthält eine Wanne, zwei Waschtische sowie eine begehbare Dusche und ein WC. + Bucht man das Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick, ergibt sich eine tolle Aussicht, sowohl auf die Poolanlage aber vor allem auf das offene Meer. + Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Es hat sich stets ein Platz gefunden (zur Hauptsaison), was nicht unbedingt üblich ist. weitere positive Faktoren: + Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Meer und wird nur durch eine kleine, öffentliche Promenade getrennt + Um das Hotel herum befinden sich ein Einkaufscenter (inkl. dm, Müller Drogerie, Supermarkt etc...) + Das ein oder andere gute Restaurant ist über einen kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist hier das Restaurant Puntizela, welches fußläufig in 7 Min. zu erreichen ist. + gemischtes Publikum: viele Kroaten, Ukrainer, Russen, Engländer, Amerikaner. Wenige Deutsche. + zügiger Check-In und Check-Out + PCR Testes können im Hotel 24 Stunden vorher reserviert werden. Kostenpunkt um die 80 EUR. Kommen wir zu den weniger positiven Punkten: - zur Hauptsaison muss man mit einem hohen Lautstärkepegel am Pool rechnen. Viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern machen in diesem Hotel Urlaub, folglich verwandelt sich die Poolanlage zu dieser Zeit in eine große Kinderspielwiese - der Preis für das Essen im Hotel ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Einfache Gerichte wie Hamburger oder Sandwich schmecken mittelmäßig, die Auswahl ist soweit okay. - Kantinenflair im Frühstückssaal: die beste Zeit fürs Frühstücken ist bis 8:30 Uhr. Ab dieser Uhrzeit füllt sich der Saal und die Lautstärke ist enorm. Der Service tut zwar sein bestes, kommt aber nicht hinterher. Einfachste Anforderungen wie die Bestellung eines Kaffees entpuppen sich als Glücksspiel und nervt. - als Deutscher kann man über die Durchsetzung von Corona-Regeln nur müde lächeln. Ob Maske oder nicht, das bleibt offenbar jedem selbst überlassen, es hält sich kaum jemand daran, weder von den Gästen, noch vom Personal. Letztere ziehen ihre Maske schnell dann auf, wenn Gäste mit Maske (z.B. wir) ihnen begegnen. - Das Bett des Zimmers war uns deutlich zu weich. Als separaten negativen Punkt, den ich wesentlich höher Gewichte, muss ich die Situation am Meer bzw. auch am Pool aufgreifen. Es gibt zu viele Gäste, oder zu wenige Liegen, am Meer wie am Pool. Leider macht die Unart des Belegens von Liegen früh morgens durch Gäste auch hier keinen Halt. Problematisch ist am Meer jedoch, dass es sich nicht, wie schon in einigen Bewertungen geschrieben um einen privaten Strand mit privaten Liegen handelt, sondern um einen völlig öffentlichen Bereich. Das heißt, dass auch nicht-Gäste die Liegen mieten können, was an sich okay
