I have stayed here before and like the hotel. The Wifi is improved and now all rooms can access it. The front desk staff are friendly and cheerful. A new manager Eduardo has implemented some improvements to the menu descriptions and makes himself visible. In the restaurant Simona is always cheerful, hard working and supervises the staff well. Matteo, the waiter was friendly and spoke english well. Minibus to the Gondola in the morning and pickup in the afternoon.

Ho soggiornato presso il Salegg a Febbraio con la famiglia, due adulti e due bambini di 7 e 4 anni, e altre 10 famiglie. Abbiamo scoperto un piacevole gioiellino. Il personale accogliente, Simona la caposala, ha saputo gestire i 20 vivaci bambini sempre con il sorriso. Le camere pulite, il cibo buono, il servizio navetta sempre disponibile con un simpatico ragazzo, Momo, che la sera intratteneva i bambini. Lo consiglio.

Ottima posizione dell’hotel situato all’interno di un bosco, quindi lontano dai rumori della strada, personale cordiale, servizio navetta eccellente, cibo molto buono e centro benessere bello e pulito a disposizione tutti i giorni e gratuitamente. Servizio di pulizia delle camere ottimo. Colazione buona e abbondante. Torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel con stanze molto vecchie e buie , pavimenti in legno scricchiolanti , docce scomode perché con soffione fisso. Cibo nella media. Vacanza salvata dalla gentilezza ed estrema disponibilità di TUTTO il personale dalla sala alla reception al super autista/animatore Momo che hanno reso migliore la permanenza.

Sono appena rientrata dal mio soggiorno presso hotel Salegg. L'hotel immerso in un'oasi di pace, ti permette di stabilire un contatto con la Natura che lo circonda. Si tratta di un hotel in una location storica ma ciò che lo rende unico e speciale sono le persone che ne sono al timone. Voglio ringraziare di tutto cuore Fiorella e Prisca alla reception, Simona in sala con tutti i camerieri, Momo per la sua estrema disponibilità e simpatia, capitanati dal magnifico direttore Edoardo. Una splendida vacanza all’hotel Salegg , in una scenario da cartolina con tantissima neve; voglio ringraziare Simona , Fiorella oltre al Direttore : delizioso luogo per chi ama la montagna. I miei complimenti. Hotel che garantisce un’eccellente ospitalità in una dimora del 1903 dal grande fascino . Come definirlo ?? Bellissimo!!

Hotel tipico tirolese, accogliente e pulito, personale molto gentile e professionale. Da migliorare la cucina, nessun piatto tipico e cibo non ben cucinato e riscaldato. Capodanno noioso e cenone pessimo. Il direttore non disinvolto e non molto professionale. Ottima posizione

Ottima posizione, molto vicino alla cabinovia e al centro immerso nel bosco con vi, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, servizio navetta eccellente, camere spaziose per via dell'architettura particolare ( non è la solita struttura moderna stile baita ), con molte aree di svago e wellness a disposizione, oltre al salone per il servizio pasti, molto grande e accogliente. Buon cibo e servizio ai tavoli eccellente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel bello e pulito, direttore non adatto alla sua mansione…un peccato! Il cuoco non proprio eccellente, tutt’altro, non servono piatti tipici del posto oltre ad non essere ben cucinati. Tutto il resto perfetto
