Wenn man abends in der Dunkelheit anreist, ist es schwierig die kleine Seitengasse zu finden, in der das Hotel liegt. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eigene Parkplätze, aber über eine Tiefgarage, bei der EIn- und Ausfahrt hat unser Wagen hinten aufgesessen, es handelt sich um eine Standard-Limousine, nicht tiefergelegt. Die Reaktion des Personals war Schulterzucken. Zimmer sauber und ok. Restaurant mit Blick in den leider voll belegten Garten, wir konnten erst später draußen sitzen, abert dann war es herrlich ruhig und erfrischen. Essen gut, kleine Karte, viel Pizza, die jedoch sind Klasse für den, der auf schackhafte knusprige Böden steht. Englisch oder gar deutsch sprciht niemand. Wohl ausschließlich italinisches Klientel

In pieno centro a Caserta, comodissimo per la reggia, parcheggio coperto a pagamento esterno alla struttura distante pochi minuti, numerosi locali per mangiare a poca distanza. Le camere confortevoli e pulite, colazione ricca e con brioche di pasticceria. Il proprietario Onorato è davvero cortese e super disponibile.

Negative Anmerkung Vergessen Sie die Schranken , wurden entfernt und durch Metallfächer ersetzt, die ein Unruhe Sinn geben und in der Dusche gibt es kein Schaumfächer mehr! Sünde, weil es das Zimmer unbehaglich macht!

I was here on business in May for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Upon arrival at this regal hotel the manager greeted me in English once he knew I wasn't Italian. He went out of his way to accommodate me in getting into my room. The room were very clean and decorated elegantly. Just perfect for my 2 wk stay. Each night I would sit in the Lobby/ great room/ Bar and admire the beautiful surroundings along with the people watching. The Bartender Lucianno was very pleasant to talk too. The Hotel Manger was always friendly and treated me with respect, kindness and consideration. The Hotel is surrounded by concrete walls, shrubs and metal fencing. They also had a security system set in place at the gate. I felt very safe there. The hotel came with NaBoo Spa and I took full advantage of their services with several massages, steam rooms and pools. The Manger at the NaBoo spa that spoke English, beautiful lady with Long Black Hair (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and considerate to my needs. She always explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the Spa. I definitely took advantage of the services there with a hot stone massage by Rosanne, a destress massage, steam rooms, saunas and pool area. The pricing was very reasonable. I consider this a world class spa with professional staff. My company will be doing business in the area for the next 4 months and I let them know that this would be the place to book my colleagues. Can't say enough about this hotel and can't wait to come back in September.

Upon arrival in Limatola we followed our satnav to the hotel, when the satnav eventually stopped there was no clear signage as to where to go next but with Google maps on air view we managed to work this out and continued up the hill through a small arch way - we had an Audi A4 but anything bigger wouldn’t have made it to the car park. Upon getting out the car we headed to what we thought must be the hotel but we ended up wandering around for ages as there is no clear signage to the reception area. Eventually we found reception and managed to check in, the chap didn’t really speak any English at all and we had a fair hike with no lift to our room. The room was really dark with hardly any windows, the bathroom was tiny and again had barely any light at all, the room felt cold and even more basic than the pictures had shown prior to booking. There was certainly no fancy lighting in the bathroom and we had booked a Junior Suite - which this room certainly was not. Our room was located around what was probably the old dining hall and the hotel had covered the open air section in a plastic tarpaulin, it was very windy and this was making a really loud slapping noise which could be constantly heard in the room. The restaurant appeared closed and the minibar only had water or Prosecco so we decided to walk into town - there was no staff anywhere to be seen in the hotel and as other people have commented there appeared to probably be a wedding on that weekend. Limatola was like a ghost town, what there was was closed & there was nobody anywhere, we visited on a Saturday so we’re a little surprised by this. When we eventually got back to the hotel we decided to checkout straightaway and stay elsewhere, upon checking out the staff couldn’t have cared less and didn’t ask why we were leaving when we had only arrived a short while ago. It was such a shame as the castle from the outside is stunning but unfortunately the rooms feel unloved and uninspired, the hotel has potential to be beautiful but it appears they care more for the money from weddings than the accommodation they provide. We ended up staying in the close by town of Caiazzo, as this is where we had dinner booked & it was incredible, a gorgeous typically Italian town with a beautiful Airbnb, shops, cafes and a bank.

Positive Aspekte: Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und gemütlich. Negativ: Ich versuchte, eine schöne warme Dusche zu machen (Ich war den ganzen Tag unter Regen) aber ich konnte es nur warme Schalen machen trotz der Thermostat bei 38, ich weiß nicht warum. Der phone funktionierte 20 Sekunden, dann musste er kalt werden, es dauerte 15 Minuten, um meine Haare zu trocknen. Aber die Tops waren im Restaurant: Wir waren eine Gruppe mit festen Menüs, die Kellnerin brachte den ersten und ich fragte zwei Schalen Wein, die Antwort war: ”Erst muss sie auf die Rezeption bezahlen.” Ich hätte ins Zimmer gehen sollen, Geld holen, zahlen, und essen den ersten kalten. Ich habe den Wein aufgegeben. Sie tragen den zweiten: Melassen und Säugetiere, beide mögen ich nicht. Ich fragte, ob es eine Alternative gibt und Meiner Meinung nach könnten die Antworten darin bestehen, ”Leider nein, wir sind bedauerlich” (Gut, wenn ich etwas nicht mag, ist meine Schuld) oder wie oft ”Ich bring Ihnen einen Schluck von Schaum?” (gut). Die Antwort war: ”Nein, essen Sie das, was gut ist.” Natürlich wurde mein Gericht vollständig weggeworfen. Ich habe aufgegeben, um für die Achtung der Organisatoren zu protestieren, Der Autofahrer, der vor mir sitzt, hat es an meiner Stelle getan, weil ich wütend war, aber er hat keine Erklärung von dem Rezeptor erhalten. Vielleicht, angesichts der anderen hervorragenden Bewertungen, ist diese Behandlung für Gruppen vorbehalten?
