This resort was exactly as described. Full, private units that include bedroom, living room, private outdoor space, kitchen, bathroom and eating area. Plenty of storage and lots of space. We didn't end up needing it but there was free parking available with the unit. Temperatures were cool when we visited, but the pool looked like it would be very inviting on a hot summer day. Very quaint resort, quiet and clean. Pedro at the front desk was awesome and helped get us sorted when we arrived at the resort before check-in. Seamless at storing our bags and had a nice little cafe with delicious pastries which we had while we waited. Thank you for the great stay! I highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Wir hatten ingesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel hat eine einzigartige Lage oberhalb des Strandes. Direkter Strandzugang ist leider nicht möglich. Man muss um das Hotel herum gehen. Der Blick ist aber atemberaubend. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Deluxe Zimmer (# 108) mit Meerblick. Edel gestaltet, sehr sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war perfekt. Toilettenartikel vorhanden, Austausch der Handtücher fast zu oft. Hier könnte man sparen. Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings wenn man wie wir 14 Tage dort ist wird es eintönig. Hotel ist auf Gäste eingestellt, die dort wohl maximal 3-4 Tage bleiben. Klasse war das frische Obst. Parkplätze sind knapp, aber Personal kümmert sich sehr freundlich um das ”Rangieren der Fahrzeuge”. Das Personal war bis auf den Restaurant Manager sehr freundlich. Hier kommt meine größte Kritik: Restaurant Manager wollte uns am Abend (9.15 p.m.) keinen Tisch geben, um eine Flasche Wein zu trinken. Vier Tische waren frei und blieben den restlichen Abend frei, wie wir von unserem Balkon aus sehen konnten. Er konnte offenbar nicht akzeptieren, dass wir im Hotel nicht zu Abend gegessen haben, wofür wir unsere Gründe haben. So haben wir halt dann unsere Wein außerhalb getrunken bis auf zweimal als der Restaurant Manager nicht anwesend war. Am Pool war an den ersten beiden Tagen immer eine Service Kraft vor Ort, die half mit den Sonnenschirmen oder bei denen man Drinks bestellen konnte. An den letzten Tagen unseres Urlaubs mussten wir stets in die Bar gehen und Personal suchen, um etwas bestellen zu können. Fazit: tolle Lage, tolles Hotel, länger wie 3-4 Nächte sollte man aber nicht bleiben und am besten außerhalb vom Hotel essen und trinken.

Really lovely hotel.which is kept spotless and staff are all so helpful and friendly..The lifts were a pain waiting for them.and it's not very obvious where stairs are... Food was delicious and pool kept spotless...Will.definitely return to this great place.Food

Beware of where you get a room... we first got a room completely infested with fungus... it smelled really bad and walls were covered with the fungus. When adressing this we got a new nicer room the next day... the staff seemed not surprised though about the complaint. The hotel generally is damp, smells, old fashioned, not very nicely decorated and the pictures dont really match the websites... the 5 stars is a joke. And in no way does this match a 5 star experience. When we were moved we only recieved a ridiciolous discount for the first night. We were also told that we could only have the new room for a couple of days and then either get a room with no balcony or terrace thereafter. Again no discount offered. We had to move to a different hotel. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all... There are plenty of true 5 star hotels in the area. Do yourselves a favour and opt out on this one. I would like to point out that the staff at the reception is lovely! Not their fault. I feel sorry that they probably have to deal with complaints all the time.

Alles über dieses Hotel war außergewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick. Sauber und viele zusätzliche Behandlungen, Tassen und Schokolade täglich und Minibar mit nichtalkoholischen Getränken gespeichert. Das Personal hier ist außergewöhnlich, freundlich mit einem ersten Klasseservice. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gourmet-Essen am besten und das Personal war sehr informiert über die Weine. Das Buffet Frühstück war fantastisch, eine Menge Wahl. Das Hotel selbst war schön, die Lage ist großartig, der Parkplatz war einfach. Die Spa-Anlagen waren wirklich wunderbar. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel. Sie haben das richtige Gleichgewicht, Luxus zu bieten, während Familienfreundlich.

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, das ausreichend Platz anbot. Auch die Staufläche im Schrank war großzügig bemessen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr sauber. Völlig ok für zwei Nächte. Im Innenhof des Hotels ist ein kleiner Pool mit Liegen. Positiv war auch, dass man in der Nähe kostenlos parken konnte. Das Frühstück war eher Massenabfertigung und nichts besonderes. Es gab abgepackte Marmelade, Honig und Butter. Das finde ich schade. Ein völliges No-Go ist aber, dass die Terrassentüren immer auf waren, während die Klimaanlage auf voller Leistung lief. Das sollte man dringend vermeiden.

Wunderschön gelegen, topmoderne Einrichtung, nettes Personal, einziges Minus die stark befahrene und laute Strasse zwischen Hotel und Meer...

Das Hotel liegt 7 min. entfernt vom langen Sandstrand mit vielen kleinen Strandrestaurants. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - das Frühstück war umfangreich, lecker und es wurde laufend nachgelegt. Wir hatten auf Anfrage Meerblick aus dem 4. OG, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Einrichtung war ok - aber hier fehlt der letzte Punkt zum perfekten Aufenthalt: leider sind die Wände zum Teil verkratzt und der Teppichboden ( ich frage mich immer wieder, warum überhaupt Teppich verlegt wird in Hotels?) war leider sehr fleckig. Wir haben am 2. Tag einen Zettel ins Bad gelegt, damit unsere Handtücher nicht täglich gewechselt werden, das hat funktioniert, ansonsten werden die Handtücher trotz Info zur Nachhaltigkeit täglich gewechselt. Leider sahen die Fliesen und die gläserne Duschabtrennung auch ziemlich streifig aus. Da wären wohl andere Lappen gut. Auf Dem kleinen Balkon gibt es keine Stühle, aber am ruhigen Pool liegt man sehr gut ( Wasser nicht geheizt) . Aber im Großen und Ganzen haben wir unsere Woche Anfang Oktober sehr genossen, und können das Hotel mit den Anmerkungen dennoch empfehlen.

The hotel is very nice and new looking. Very clean. Andre is so helpful at the front desk as are all of the staff. Loved it here. But for a long stay I would want more amenities but for the price and 2 nights, it was perfect. Lidl Grocery store across the street.

Myself and my 4 year old son stayed here for a weekend, and it was fantastic! We received excellent communication from the front desk via email as we arrived after check in, which meant we could get straight up to our room upon arrival. It's in a great location, and has modern, clean, fresh décor and super friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and A/C. There was plenty of extra bedding in the cupboards too which meant you could change the sheet for a duvet if the weather suddenly changed. The breakfast was a good price, and great continental selection; my son ate everything in sight, and they even went above and beyond to make him pancakes as a treat! There was an honesty bar available throughout the day too for any quick snacks or drinks which was reasonably priced. There's a local grocery shop, pharmacy, café and restaurants all 5mins walk away too which is so useful when travelling with children. Sintra itself was beautiful, my son loved the views, visiting Quinta da Regaleira and spotting the 'castles!' on top of the hills. Do be aware Sintra has a micro climate so the weather can be breezy and cooler than expected!
