Top sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, da muss ich den anderen Kommentatoren recht geben. Die Rezeption ist durchgehend besetzt und die Lage zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Was ich kritisiere ist die (für Capri typisch) fehlende Preistranparenz. Wir sind sehr oft in Italien und mussten noch niemals Frühstückseier extra bezahlen. Das war überhaupt nicht erkennbar und eine Überraschung bei der Abreise. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich und wofür zwei Kellner herumstehen erschließt sich nicht, wenn man sich alles selbst holen muss. Sogar das Besteck.

Hotellet var mysig men det var väldigt lyhört så man fick ingen sömn alls sängarna knakar och var väldigt obekväma. Övrigt var pool området mysigt bra läge dock på hotellet.

From the minute you arrive, manger Giampiero is at your service. Location is ideal, central to all shops and restaurants. Giampiero is also the best when it comes to choosing your restaurants. Rooms are spacious and Pool area is perfect with poolside service.

Antonio is THE best chef! He created a wonderful lunch for us outside by the pool. His sweet personality is contagious. We'll be back Antonio. Please save some mussels for us. Wonderful coffee with our breakfast buffet. The front desk staff booked an amazing private boat tour so we could swim the Grottos.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The front staff were very kind and helpful when the ferries were all cancelled day of check out. They helped us book on the only ferry leaving the next day and assisted us with a contact to get the tickets from at the docks.

The hotel was great and in a fantastic location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had great service by Antonio and his staff. They made great drinks and were very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I had happen was that the room that we were in did not get very cold with the AC. The rest of my families rooms were great but ours never really got very cold and it was hard to sleep.

The rooms were full of ants, no room service, no luggage service unless paid. Staff was friendly. Beds were full of live and dead bugs, really TERRIBLE. Cleaning staff were very friendly, ,helpful, awesome staff really. Kitchen staff also

We loved staying at Villa San Felice. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had a large patio with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. The air conditioning kept the room very comfortable (it was very hot when we were there). The buffet breakfast had an excellent assortment of food. Giampiero was very helpful. He recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. He made reservations for us and helped us with transportation around the area. This was by far our best experience in Italy and I can't say enough about this amazing hotel and the service.

Excellent location. It isn't the 4 seasons but isn't a Holiday Inn either. It is a nice, standard clean hotel. The staff is friendly. It has a pool if you are there for an extended period of time. If you are looking for something clean, basic and no frills, it definitely gets the job done.
