Cape Town Beachfront Apartments at Leisure Bay

Eins ist zu sagen, der Vorteil ist, dass die Umgebung gut ist, man vom Balkon aus den Tafelberg sehen kann und einen eigenen Privatstrand hat, obwohl dort etwas Müll liegt. Es gibt zwei Hauptnachteile: Das Öffnen des Fensters ist nicht sicher und eine Person kann es leicht überqueren, was bedeutet, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt die luft zirkuliert? Ich ging zur Hotelrezeption und wollte das Zimmer wechseln, aber die Antwort war, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum Wechseln gab und Stornierungen und Hoteländerungen nicht zulässig waren. Was war das für eine überhebliche Klausel? Zweitens gibt es eine Gebühr für WLAN? ! Und schnell ist es auch nicht.

Bei der Ankunft gab es keinen Strom und keine Erklärung. Das ging so weiter mit 4 Stromausfällen pro Tag. Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, jeden Abend zwischen 20 und 22 Uhr im Dunkeln zu sitzen … dann ist das der richtige Ort für Sie. Habe während des Aufenthalts das Hotel gewechselt und keine Rückerstattung angeboten. Die meisten anständigen Hotels haben einen Notstromgenerator. Es gibt auch sehr wenige Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Badewanne mit Rissen sieht schmutzig aus, aber das ist nicht die Schuld der Reinigungskräfte. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich

公寓位置大概離市中心有十幾公里，地處休閑灣可看海景，有自己的海灘，可看桌山，涼爽的海風拂面非常愜意，沒有餐館，但廚房設備齊全可以自己做飯，整體空間面積比較大，有保安24h值守，很負責任,總體來説滿意。

My stay at is accommodation comes is with tons of excellence extremely polite staff the apartment I had was neat and clean I would recommend this accommodation anytime ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Important notes. Parking surcharge. Breakage deposit required - don't generally have a problem with this except for the fact that they request when you arrive for check-in. They do not refresh linen or towels, these are all included in the cleaning surcharge that they also fail to disclose prior check-in. Overall, would have appreciated if they had communicated these types of surcharges prior check-in.

I will never recommend Leisure Bay Apartments to anyone or ever book there myself ever again. It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay R65 for wifi and only get access to YouTube on the TV, not even Dstv channels. Then you are required to pay an extra R49 for parking? What kind of day light robbery is this? Then to put the icing on the cake you get robbed of your R1000 deposit for so called "damages". You will get an "Im sorry, I will check" excuse everytime you call about your money. Leisure Bay Apartments, you are thieves and you should be highly ashamed of yourselves.

The location of the property is good - it is on the beachfront but there is a big sandune in front of the patio blocking the view. You will only enjoy the view if you are not located on the ground floor or if you happen to be a giant. Front desk service was very good. R65 per day charge for WiFi is an absolute rip-off and a joke. This is a basic amenity provided at any other accommodation. This was the first time I ever hear of R65 per day wifi charge. There is no reason I can think of to justify this charge other than to rip people off. I paid the R1000 deposit in cash. I was told refunds are only processed on a Friday. Friday came and went and I am still waiting to be refunded my deposit - the property was evaluated at check out and everything was in order. Even from a different bank the refund should have cleared into my account by now but to no avail. I have reservations about whether I will ever see my R1000 again. Shower could do with an upgrade. Fixtures are rusty and in need of maintenance. I would not recommend this property. There are better property's available where you will not be ripped off.

It’s an excellent location by the Sea, very pleasant, comfortable with extremely helpful and happy staff. If you like the sound of the Ocean washing up to within a few feet of your patio area, this please is a DREAM 🙏😇
