La Sea Vue

The property is new. They were very clean good size rooms with a balcony. The beds were comfortable though they only had one sheet and a blanket. We asked for a second sheet and it was provided. It’s a great location for the beach with only a short walk of about 100m.

we had a very good stay at la sea vue its just 1 min walk from the beach would love to visit again. with my friends and family Rooms are spacious comfortable and tidy. Staff is very hospitable. It was wonderful. The bathrooms are well equipped. January is the best time to visit as the weather is pleasant and goa is less crowded. Will definitely go back again. best stay in goa and budget friendly too.

After 20yrs plus this was the worst stay ever. Booked a brand new grou d floor apartment in April 2023 saw lovely pictures of rooms. I had stayed in the garden rooms before the pandemic and they were fine. On arrival I was told my room would be ready the next day and for 1 night only I was in the garden room. The room was quite run down but the outside area was indescribable like a building site in fact that is exactly whst it was. The next day my room was not ready I was taken to a 1st floor room which was unsuitable ad I have had an accident and walk with a stick and further more there were still people staying in this room!! I had no.option but to stay in the garden room. What I did not realise until later was that building work was going on all through the night. I have recordings of drilling g and hammering at 2 and 3am I themorning u believable when I complained no o e cared they just chased me for payment in the event I paid less than the agreed price but still far more than it was worth it was disgusting and the attitude was appauling don't go!@

The location is great, 100 meters from the beach and the beach bars. Are you looking for the crowds then you can walk to the main road within 2 minutes. There you will find the restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment is very spacious, a large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with shower, sink and toilet), fully furnished. In the livingroom are 2 ventilators en in the bedrooms are air conditioning and ventilators. In the living room there is a third sink. In the kitchen you will find a hop and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment is located on the first floor wich you reach via a spacious staircase. Before you go up the stairs you have an outdoor shower. There is a very spacious covered veranda balcony attractively lit with a nice seat overlooking the Arabian Sea. The apartment is surrounded by coconut- banana- and papaya trees. From the apartment you have a view of the sea or the trees on various sides. On arrival the apartment was very clean and provided with fresh bedding. The owner is very helpful and will guide you on request Goa. I heartily recommend this beautiful and peaceful location. Price quality ratio is excellent!
