We stayed in suite room in this hotel which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. Mr.Ambarish took care of us very nicely, I have been to this hotel almost 4 times in the past year, and this time Mr.Ambarish and his staff were so courteous that we felt as if we were staying at our home, as he would regular check if or not we were confortable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel, when in Goa due to very polite and courteous staff and beautiful stay.

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is polite and helpful. We requested a room change and it was managed immediately. The breakfast menu is not wide but tastes great. Overall, a decent and comfortable place to stay with family.

We have been to multiple countries and multiple hotels but the quality of service in this hotel is by far the best we have received. The staff here is always on their toes to help you and make you feel comfortable in anyway possible. And they do it not because it's their duty but they genuinely want to help. The level of motivation these people possible is unmatched. The property boasts a clean and sparkling pool with a garden besides having plush green grass. Hosts a kids playroom with ample option of toys. This property does not charge extra for a roll away bed, but the bed is provided based on availability. They are still open to provide an extra mattress or a baby crib. The house keeping head Azam checked with us everyday if we need anything. Dilip made a cute towel doll after making our room sparkling clean. The front desk made sure to call each day and check if we are facing any issue and if we need anything else. The property is well maintained with all the amenities. While booking I was skeptical of the washroom size. But after reaching the property I found it to be of good size. They provide a balcony to every room with a sit out table and chairs. Also provide a drying rack. Their balcony doors come with sensors which switches off the AC if kept open, which is quite practical and environment friendly. We checked in early around 12.30 and sabena helped us get a room within 10 mins. They also provided a welcome drink. Chaitanya the restaurant head made sure my baby is fed. You can ask for parathas, pancakes and anything else for your baby and they will help you. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about the hotel. We had a couple of power cuts for few seconds each. We travelled with 2 kids, including one infant. Its day 2 for us and could not help putting a review. We are having a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful property, direct access to the beach, swimming pool is well maintained and staff Suneel was very courteous. Restaurants have multi cuisine facility Food is delicious, Pan Asian Restaurant Yazu is right in front of beach has a very romantic sea view. Staff Jitendra at the property was always available. You will always find Resort staff busy in maintaining property and keeping it in a good shape. Check in Staff Bimlesh, Gauresh, and Dattaram offered great hospitality. Namrata was seen every where in the morning at Paladhar at breakfast time and also in the evening at Yazu. Bimlesh, Jitendra house keeping staff and Namrata were helpful throughout our stay .

Great value for money. If you are looking for a quaint property in the heart of Candolim, Lemon Tree Amarante is the place to stay. Even being in the main Candolim area, the resort carries a rustic charm and peaceful vibes. The staff is very courteous. I particularly want to call out their restaurant staff Papri for taking care of minute details to make the guest feel welcomed. Chef Vinayak is a superstar and cooks really tasty food. Sanjay does a great job too to ensure a relaxing stay for the guests. The property's pool, overall greenery and proximity to Candolim beach are the key highlights.

Der Aufenthalt war erstaunlich, die Zimmer waren wirklich groß und sauber, heißes Wasser laufen 24/7, sie dienen leckere Lebensmittel an ihrem Restaurant Bananablätter, das Personal war wirklich hilfreich, schneller Service, und das Beste über dieses Hotel ist die Lage, da es in der Nähe von Stränden und Erstaunliche Restaurants und Cafés, insgesamt war meine Erfahrung wirklich gut, wird sicher wieder hier auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Goa zu bleiben.

Mattress was old. I understand it's a hotel and these spring beds get weared, but given the pricing they should keep getting new ones from time to time. Current condition of mattress was bad. Was very uncomfortable. Bathrooms are ok, not very tidy and clean even after room service. Stains are there is western toilet and wash basin. Furniture in room are good. Although sofa chairs needs deep cleaning. I could see dirty stains on the upholstery of sofa chair. We arrived late evening and when entered room, bed linens were dirty. But since we were tired, we ignored it and just slept. But next day they changed it. We didn't opt for breakfast, so can't comment on that. Swimming pool was good.

2 to 3 star hotel run on shoe string basis. The estate is dotted with 2 storey breeze block maisonettes with steep steps to rooms on first floor. In fact all steps leading to small entrance lobby or down to pool area are steep. There are no grab rails.Not mobility or disabled friendly. There was only 1 restaurant with buffet food and 2 small food stations at end of dining area. Tables and mats were never wiped clean after one set of guests finished eating. Hospitable, well meaning and proactive waiting staff but they lacked sense of hygiene as I don’t recall seeing anyone using hand sanitizer. Awful buffet food. Cooks were headed by a clueless Goan executive chef. All positive comments on food are written by Indian guests on short stay breaks or attending work conferences. They love a little variety thrown in for them with South Indian deep fried doughy food and excessive cheese filling in anything. Every lunchtime and dinner fare would include repetitive on the bone chicken curry In different guises, couple of seasonal vegetable curries, boiled and pullau style rice, fresh salad, same deep fried “mahee” fish with small fillet pieces marinated in different spices or herbs from one day to next and chicken drumsticks served in sticky sweet and sour sauce with or without noodles or stir-fried peppers and naan. Sadly most curries were laced with hot chilies. Not for western palate. Many guests from northern England were putting together chip butties and washing down food with on tap larger beer. Except for two the other frequently changing staff at the reception seemed unintelligent to comprehend anything guests were asking. We certainly would not return to this hotel. I also doubt if it would survive as just a stones throw away a swanky large hotel was being built.

GGuest UserTaj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Goa. The staff, in particular, made the stay even more special. Nisha Doley and Eva, among others, were incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The property itself is beautiful, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend Novotel Goa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I had gone to Goa with my elderly parents. We had booked for 5 days and 4 nights. I had done the booking from Germany and Ms Banaja Dash from reservations was the most helpful lady. She ensured we get the room with the accessibility to the lift (due to my parents). On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by Ms Maira, Mr Debabrata and Mr Sanjit. They left no stone unturned to make our trip one of the most memorable ones. Mr Debabrata also helped us with the itinerary for local sight seeing. A special mention also to Krishna, Suvam and Rishu who were in the restaurant and were on their toes all the time to ensure everything was perfect. Suvam also suggested the local dishes that we tried although they weren’t on that days menu. Ms Sudrishna greeted us every morning with her beautiful smile. Although we didn’t get a chance to interact with Mr Sandip (the restaurant manager), we would like to mention that he always had a pleasant smile no matter what the situation was. I shall be carrying a beautiful memory of a holiday I spent with my parents back to Stuttgart, Germany. Thank you all.

Das Hotel liegt vom Flughafen GOI (Dabolim - der alte Flughafen) etwas ausserhalb und *** braucht eine gute Stunde zum Hotel. Aber die Lage entschädigt total und nehmt bitte ein Premiumzimmer, dass ihr im hinteren Gebäude seid und nicht vorne zur Straße. In Indien wird bis in die Nacht gehupt was das Zeug hält und wird öfter betätigt als die Bremse oder Gas ;-) Das Hotel liegt an der Straße und gleich gegenüber kann *** über eine Straße zum Strand gehen. Das Pool wird täglich gereinigt (kurz) aber wird und was noch nicht wieder funktioniert ist die Umwältanlage in Gänze :-) Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Stromaggregat mit Diesel und ab und an ist es so, dass der anspringen muss, weil das örtliche Kraftwerk in die Knie geht für die Region. Dann hat *** paar Sekunden dunkel und dann kommt wieder Licht über das Aggregat. Und jetzt kommt die Erkenntnis, wer ein Standardzimmer mit Poolblick bucht hört das Wummern vom Generater … GLÜCKWUNSCH! :-( Wir waren froh, dass wir im Hinterhaus waren bis Blick auf die Sumpflandschaft. Hört sich jetzt komisch an, aber *** hat dann Ostblick und Blick auf die aufgehende Sonne! Das war total schön für uns! Frühstück war mega lecker und hat sich im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Hotels gesteigert und das für ein Holiday Inn, wo *** ja sonst nicht eine super Küche erwarte, aber es gab drei Live-Stationen (Dosa, was örtliches und Pancake/Waffeln) und *** konnte immer was dazu bestellen. Wir hätten da echt nochmal zwei Tage anhängen können … locker! :-) Schaut euch die Umgebung hat mit den vielen Forts und bucht einen Fahrer über das Hotel mit einem Tagespaket. Wir haben Süd-Goa, mit Alt-Goa gemacht und das Fort im Norden. ABER: Geht bloß nicht sonntags nach Alt-Goa *** kommt nicht in die Kirchen rein. Erst nach den Gottesdiensten.

GGuest UserIndien fliegt seit 10 Jahren mit ihrem Mann, er ist alle 15. Und von Jahr zu Jahr bleiben wir in der Meeresbrise. Das Hotel ist für uns einheimisch geworden. Auf dem Reepshen, mit dem wir uns unter Namen treffen, erinnern Sie sich. Zusätzlich ist die bequeme Lage im Hotel sauber, sauber jeden Tag!!!! Bedauern Sie nicht nur ein paar Dollar, um auf dem Bett zu verlassen))) immer gehen zu dem Treffen, dass wir nicht fragen würden!!! Im Februar 2024 gehen wir wieder und es wird zweifellos Meer Brise!!! In dem Zimmer alle Arbeiten, Wasser heiß ist, Wäschereien sind, Frühstück ist gleichmäßig, aber niemand ist verboten, zum Beispiel, sie haben schöne Frühstück und gute Wifi. Es ist Indien, es ist Goa, es ist dort eine Ruhe))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) ())())())())())())

GGuest UserWir haben unlängst für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Gebäude verblieben, bei der Eincheckung trafen wir die Eigentümerin, die sehr nett und sorgfältig war, sie hat sogar unser Zimmer auf eine andere Kategorie, die ein super sauberes und guter Blickraum war, aufgebaut. Wir fanden das Zimmer so komfortabel bei der Auscheckung auch wir trafen die Eigentümerin, die so freundlich und freundlich war, während wir sprachen und uns einen sehr guten Dank anbieten.
