Novotel Blois Centre Val de Loire

酒店房間相對較陳舊，淋浴房的下水超級慢，你淋浴時間稍長些，水就有漫出來的危險。告知前台請求維修，回答是維修人員不在，但答應清理一下，結果是沒有處理。另外我要抱怨的是早餐：第一天比較早用早餐，還行（中規中矩），但第二天9點多吃早餐時，好多熱菜已經沒有，也沒有補充，總體體驗非常差，不推薦。

因為喜歡這個城市，所以特地在此留宿。設施不錯，離玫瑰花園很近。

We stayed here for a few nights during very hot weather and were grateful for the air conditioning in the rooms and for the swimming pool which was small but a perfect temperature to cool off in. The hotel is just on the edge of town, a very pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre and if the climb back up the hill is a challenge there is a free. ‘Navette’ bus that does a circuit of the city centre and stops just outside the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the bar staff and the cleaning team. We always got a smile and a ‘Bonjour’ I’d love to be able to give a higher score as I did like the hotel but there were a few issues. Firstly the mattress was made of foam and very squishy so we didn’t sleep well at all. Secondly, breakfast was a bit of a stressful experience- the buffet area is too small and poorly laid out so guests are falling over each other trying to get to the food and it’s a bit of a bun fight. The breakfast room itself is hot and noisy but you do have the option of taking your breakfast out to the garden which we did each morning as it was a much calmer place to eat and to start the day. Finally, on a couple of occasions we came back to the room at about 3pm to find it had still not been cleaned so we had to ask for clean towels etc. this is no criticism of the cleaning staff as they were working flat out but they obviously need to employ more cleaners to manage all the rooms.

Another Novotel in Blois who didn’t care about Accor status. Welcome drink only for the cardholder (any partner sharing the room/reservation will have to pay few miserable euros for a drink). Secured parking was packed. Staff overall not really nice on top of this stinginess. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you are after quality and respect as a customer. For my part, I will never stay again in this hotel unfortunately.

The hotel was nice and staff was helpful. Good, efficient elevators. As said before, the Wi-Fi is awful. They might as well not have it. Others have complained about the internet, so, either, they cannot upgrade services or choose not to do so. Also, hotel not is a great location.

The hotel had nice features like the breakfast (adequate), pool, courtyard, and board games. However things were looking a little tired, particularly the hallways. Room could have been cleaner also…curtains had stains on them, bathtub/shower needed some caulking, something looked like it had been splashed on the back of the bathroom door and not cleaned up.

The location of the hotel was fine. It’s fairly close to the city center. The staff were friendly but this hotel should not have a 4 star rating. While the rooms and hotel were clean the condition of the hotel interior are tired. The outside of the hotel is badly in need of a refresh. In addition, the pictures of the hotel do not accurately represent the exterior. At breakfast when items ran out during the service hours the items were not refilled.

This hotel does not qualify for the 4 star rating it has. While the staff were pleasant, the hotel overall is tired. The photos of the hotel on its website and others are highly edited. Overall clean but very tired looking. Breakfast was average at best with items which ran out not replenished. The value versus cost was not there.
