Das Hotel ist ein älterer Stil und die Dekoration, einschließlich der Zimmer, ist sehr datiert, aber unser Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten, einer Mikrowelle, einem Bar-Kühlschrank und einem komfortablen Stuhl und, obwohl das Hotel ziemlich beschäftigt war, war es ruhig. Ein paar Negative - der Rug brauchte schlechte Ersatz, da es geschnürt wurde, die Klimaanlage/ Heizung im Raum war extrem laut und für diejenigen, die auf ihre Elektronik vertrauen, gab es nur einen USB-Ladegerät. Das Hotel ist in einem Industriebereich eher isoliert und es gibt praktisch nichts in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Ich habe den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, auf der Höhe gefühlt, vor allem, wenn man sich die normalen Preise anschaut, aber die Lage war für uns angemessen, da wir eine geeignete Nähe hatten.

Zweite Zeit, die im Gebäude verblieben, hatte Probleme, aber sie wurden von der Mitarbeiterin in einer raschen Weise behandelt. Im Aufenthalt für eine Veranstaltung “Hot Mess”, hatte Ticketprobleme mit dem Frontdesk und sie fixierten es in weniger als 2 Minuten. Familie hatte eine gute Zeit im Pool! Die Erwachsenen hatten eine tolle Zeit bei der Veranstaltung! Sie warten auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary South-Macleod Trail S, an IHG Hotel Horrible stay at this hotel! (Dec 31st/Jan 1st 2023) If I could give it a ZERO star, I would. Don't waste your money on this horrible hotel. It should be demolished. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on December 31st 2022. Check in was difficult at 4pm. They said they weren't sure if our room was ready, even though check in time starts at 3pm. We were the only people in the lobby at that time. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the staff to give us our room cards. Once we were in the elevator we saw a sign that said pool area is out of service until further notice. This was one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel. We couldn't use the hot tub, pool or water slide. We were very disappointed that no one told me when I called to make the reservation a month before or even when we checked in that afternoon to the hotel. Once we got to our room it looked nice until I opened the blinds to the window. There was thick black mold all over the window sill. Pictures provided. It was really gross! We then made our way over to the bathroom where we found more black mold in the shower stall and up the walls. The shower stall and the bathroom sink faucet wouldn't stop dripping. We called the front desk she said because it's a holiday weekend we are short staffed. No one did come to fix the problem. Walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking in the hallways and the TV in the room beside us. On the morning of January 1st 2023 we went downstairs for their hot breakfast to find only 2 apples and 3 muffins left. I asked the desk where the hot breakfast was as this was another reason for staying at this hotel. She said because it's a holiday no staff is here to prepare breakfast so this is what we have. Very disappointed we packed up our stuff and checked out. We asked to speak to the manager about a possible refund or a partial refund because they didn't inform us about the pool closure or the non-hot breakfast. (If we knew about this ahead of time we would have booked elsewhere) The lady at the desk gave us a hard time saying the manager was on a call and couldn't talk to us, then saying he won't be in the office till a later date. She offered us 1 small bottle of water for the inconvenience. After we got home my partner called the manager and left a voice-mail. It took over 2 weeks for them to actually connect on the phone. The manager of the hotel finally gave us a refund of $35 which was OK but we will never stay at this hotel again. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know not to stay here.

ROOM 329. Stay May 3rd - 7th. The amenities were not true to the website. No restaurant, bar/grille at the hotel. No microwave.The beds were small. Could barely fit two adults. The hair dryer would work only some of the time. The wifi was horrible. The TV kept cutting in and out. The TV picture was very blurry, couldn't connect either of our cell phones to the wifi in our room. The bathtub drain wasn't draining properly. There was a inch or more of water in the tub while showering that wasn't draining. Laundry room facilities were filthy. Continental breakfast was ok. Not worth the $125 a night !

Das Hotel hat zwei Etagen, die Superior-Zimmer befinden sich im zweiten Stock, es gibt ein kostenloses Pool-Fitnessstudio, kostenloses Frühstück, exzellenten Service, eine Tankstelle vor dem Hotel, koreanisches Essen auf der anderen Straßenseite, nicht weit vom Snooker Shopping Center. Praktisch.

Kein kontinentales Frühstück, Sie müssen den Pool für eine halbe Stunde im Voraus buchen. Sie erhalten den Pool zu sich selbst, aber es ist kalt. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zimmer sind klein und sehr datiert. Das Geld pro Nacht vs. der Wert ist sehr ungleich. Key Cards kaum funktionieren. Im Allgemeinen wird nicht wieder hier bleiben. Es gibt mehrere andere Hotels in der Umgebung so bleiben bei. Plus sie nehmen eine $50 Einzahlung auf cc, dass sie Ihnen nicht bei der Eincheckung sagen. Nicht ein großer Betrag, aber nicht vereinbart auf Preis. Die Bünne draußen, wo das Beste ist. Bring Karotten!

Das Hotel ist alt und braucht eine Upgrade! Das Zimmer fühlte sich so krampfig und die Betten waren schmutzig. Wir hatten Kleider auf dem Teppich in unserem Zimmer. Die Tischstuhlen in unserem Zimmer waren Rock hart und unbehaglich. Das Hotel zahlt auch eine Gebühr für einen Safe im Zimmer, der dumm ist, da die meisten, wenn nicht alle Hotels das haben. Die Dusche hat auch kaum Druck.

Wir sollten das Hotel nicht für eine Nacht zum Konzert besuchen. Es wäre ein langes Spaziergang zum Saddledome gewesen und es war sehr kalt, so nahmen wir einen Taxi. Es kostete $15.00 eine Art Weg, die die Kosten gewesen wäre, unser Fahrzeug am Saddledome zu parken. Das Frühstück am Morgen war ein kontinentales Frühstück mit viel von allem. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.
