Die Hotelausstattung mit Haartrockner, Heizungsversorgung usw. ist sehr vollständig und die Serviceeinstellung ist auch sehr gut! Es gibt auch kostenloses Obst und Limonade an der Rezeption für die Gäste, was eine nette Geste ist! Das Hotel bestellte Essen zum Mitnehmen.

ROOM 329. Stay May 3rd - 7th. The amenities were not true to the website. No restaurant, bar/grille at the hotel. No microwave.The beds were small. Could barely fit two adults. The hair dryer would work only some of the time. The wifi was horrible. The TV kept cutting in and out. The TV picture was very blurry, couldn't connect either of our cell phones to the wifi in our room. The bathtub drain wasn't draining properly. There was a inch or more of water in the tub while showering that wasn't draining. Laundry room facilities were filthy. Continental breakfast was ok. Not worth the $125 a night !

Renovierte Anlage, die eine angenehme Überraschung bietet. Wir verbrachten die Nacht dort, bevor wir aus dem YCC fliegen. Sie boten an, unser Fahrzeug für die Woche zu halten, für die wir zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis gefahren waren und den Shuttleservice zum Flughafen zu früh für unsere Abreise zu erbringen. Die Mitarbeiter gingen oben und darüber hinaus, als der Shuttle nicht verfügbar war und eine vorbezahlte Kabine wartete, um uns am Flughafen an diesem Morgen zu nehmen. Bei unserer Rückkehr spät am Abend eine ähnliche Situation am Flughafen waren die Shuttle nicht verfügbar war ein Cab wurde bereitgestellt, um uns zu dem Hotel spät am Abend zurückzunehmen. Sie haben in ihrem Restaurant einen wunderbaren vollen Frühstücksgutschein gegeben, so dass wir am Morgen glücklich auf einem vollen Magen blieben. Kann nicht genug gute Dinge über das Front-Angestellte sagen. Wir werden bald wieder da sein.

First of all location is decent, it is near Sunridge mall, with restaurants close by. Stayed here for 2 nights. First impression is everything. First thing we noticed was building didn’t look like it’s in good shape, and dented trash can in the lobby. Behind the front desk were un friendly staffs during the entire stay. In fact their impression did not even look like they were staffs. They would tell you the bare minimum at check in. At check out a robot could of done a better job. 2nd day at 9am we asked for more towels, as they only provided towels for 2, even though we had 4 guests. Without asking for our room number was told housekeeping would make their rounds. However we received an email prior to check in there’s no daily housekeeping. If we require towels to request by 10am the day of. Which we did, but was told we are incorrect. So who’s telling the truth? Or again is front desk staff being lazy? Also don’t bother with the Marriott app, the staffs at this place does not check the messages. They do have a fitness centre, pool, whirlpool on site. We did see several dead bugs in the pool, so pretend it’s an “outdoor” pool. Only had 1 pool towel left for the 4 of us, again called front desk, apparently the “nice” gentleman says its not their responsibility to stock pool towels. What is this hotel and their towels? Another nice amenities is they do have, coin operated washer/dryer located in the parkade level. I’m glad we didn’t have to use it. Imagine asking the front desk for change? They will probably blame their guests for not carrying change in a society where’s it’s mostly cashless. The room is clean. They did place a bottle of water in the room which is a nice touch by the hotel. House Keeping staffs were very friendly. Good job housekeeping crew! However I can’t tell if the room we were in are renovated or not. Some of the furniture looks updated but some weren’t, the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean, sink is updated, however the Bath tub and towel looks old. The black out blinds are good. Bottomline housekeeping did a wonderful job, however designer did a horrible job. One elevator was not working during our entire stay, so only one elevator to serve the entire hotel. Again NEVER mentioned at time of check in. If we didn’t have toddlers and stayed on the 6th floor, would of been faster to take the stairs. Breakfast was included in our rate, for guests who’s rate does not include breakfast, It does cost $15.99 per person Buffet style. I wouldn’t recommend paying for it, as the spread was horrible. Also day of check out, we saw dead bugs on the fruit tray. Upon brining it to their attention they brushed it off at first, eventually replace it with a new plate.but bad for guests who’s looking for that extra protein. Parking is free which is super nice, you can park above or underground which is nice for hot or super cold days. However the parkade is like a junk storage yard when you enter. But at lea

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Gästezimmer sind gut gepflegt und geeignet für eine gute Nacht im Schlaf. Personal und Sauberkeit sind großartig. Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Hotellounge hat ein kleines Menü, aber großartig für ein Abendessen oder ein Getränk.

Dieses neue Hotel liegt nur wenige Schritte westlich des Flughafens Calgary. Es ist sehr frisch und sauber. Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber sehr komfortabel und das Design und die Bestellungen sind erstaunlich. Glauben Sie, dass jedes Zimmer eine volle Küche hat, einschließlich einer Backofenoberfläche und Geschirrspüler. Werkzeuge und Geschirr waren mehr als ausreichend. Nur Kisten und Pans waren ein bisschen geräumig. Es gibt eine Kaffeebar, aber kein Toaster. Hatte einen großen Schlaf jede der 2 Nächte, die wir geblieben hatten. Die Heizungs-/Ak-Einheit funktionierte sehr gut und am besten von allen, es war ruhig. Und das Fenster kann ein wenig geöffnet werden. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht verwendet, aber es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet für $10.50/person und ein vollwertiges Restaurant. Das Hotel verfügt über Fitnesscenter, Pool und kostenfreie Shuttle-Service zum und vom Flughafen. Nur negative ist festgestellt, dass die Beleuchtung für den Badspiegel, auch mit dem separaten Licht, das sich um die Ecke des Spiegels geht, besser sein könnte. Wert für Geld verbrachte war sehr gut. Würde nicht zögern, hier wieder zu bleiben.

Die Dach Top-Hot-Tube mit Blick auf die Stadt-awesome! Nahe dem Flughafen für diese frühen Flüge sind! Shuttle-Service und ein Platz zum Parken Ihres Fahrzeugs! Liebe italienische Restaurant-rein Zimmer-komfortable Betten-Was mehr brauchen Sie, um Ihre Reise starten!!
