Das Zimmer ist zu klein, was nicht auf dem Foto auf der Plattform zu sehen ist. Außerdem wird das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt, wie es sein sollte. Bitte ergreifen Sie Maßnahmen.

Absolut schockierend schlecht, Finger weg

Service: Der Besitzer und das Personal des Ladens waren sehr enthusiastisch und halfen mir beim Umtausch ägyptischer Währungen und stellten lokale Touristenattraktionen vor, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte.

Die Behandlung ist schlecht und es gibt nicht genug Sauberkeit

I stayed with my family at this hotel, but they left a little earlier than me. My friend wanted to stay there so that we can go out late , come back to the hotel and he would be able to take me to that airport the next day but the hotel rejected him because he is from Ciaro. I tried to apply for a refund but was rejected. I would like to withdraw the previous review, which was written under peer pressure on the( 2nd day) from one of the hotel staff members named : Hindu. The hotel was fine, but some things weren't for 1) discrimination against guests. 2) denying a refund 3) things went missing from the hotel room 4) the shower wasn't always working well 5) the carpet was very damp when I first arrived 5) my other family members had problems with the restroom, dirty water was coming up 6) my aircon wasnt working, i asked several times for help but to no avail 7) the keys were moved from one reception to another without informing guests. 8) pushy staff members are always asking for us to write reviews ( not all the staff members were like this. They were kind, helpful and present) 9) the hotel offers airport transfer but it's really expensive. Uber is much cheaper. * I wouldn't have written, I would've let it just go but but since the hotel refuses to give a refund, I think it's only fair that other know what my REAL experience was like .

Very good breakfast, quiet and superior location. Clean. The elevator doesn’t work 15.00-17.00. Remember that 5 floors. Definitely recommended.

飯店的路口不好找  其他樓層也很恐怖  但是進去飯店後  是有整理過的   乾淨度還可以  不過這裡附近都是老的飯店改裝   不要對於乾淨有太大的期待

臨街這麪是沒法睡覺的，看著不錯可睡不着。內街樓下有夜晚餐廳放整晚音樂至凌晨5點，更慘了。近地鐵方便購物，可不能休息都白搭了。早餐需要去前台交代後才姍姍來遲，如果剛好交班換人，就必須重説一次。前台人員服務水平一言難盡，避坑吧。。

埃及博物館邊上 樓下的“9號雞肉卷”好吃，門頭紅色阿拉伯文 夜遊尼羅河，kings遊船，肚皮舞演員很棒 哈利利巿場，晚上去。打卡處附近的咖啡店都很好，都是幾十上百歷史老店。週五週六尤為熱鬧！咖啡館就是本地人的天堂，小費給足情緒拉滿，小費不斷歡樂無限 別去門口那些咖啡店，死貴坑遊客的 Markaz家居店，每樣東西都值得買 zamalek文藝島，大學富人區，珠寶店美術館充足

工作人員非常好，一個很不錯的酒店，非常喜歡，樓下買吃的喝的都方便，樓下全是賣衣服啥的，熱鬧不偏僻，帶早餐，充電的也方便

很有異域感覺，能體驗到老城區不一樣的風土人情，附近也很熱鬧，建築超有特色，很特別的一次入住體驗，niceeee！

態度不好在裝修

對此賓館的體驗感極差、提行李的服務生在高台階上直接把行李箱拽過去，把行李箱都刮花了，入住的時候告訴每天早晨的早餐要去前台登記，第一天的小男生還不錯很快把早餐送來了，後來幾天的前台服務生小女孩態度也不好，早餐八點半登記的十點多還沒給送來、吃自己花了錢的早餐感覺就跟乞丐一樣，堅決不推薦！
