Zum ersten Mal fühlte ich mich von Ctrip betrogen. Ich habe immer an Ctrip geglaubt. Obwohl der Kundenservice die Ergebnisse angemessen gehandhabt hat, war es wirklich die schlimmste Erfahrung. Das Hotelgebäude und der Hotelaufzug entsprechen überhaupt nicht den offiziellen Ich buchte ein Hotel für mehr als 400 RMB und war schockiert. Obwohl das Geld nicht viel war, ging ich mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen. Ich dachte über die Lücke nach, aber ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet Schwer zu sagen. Als ich morgens aufwachte und jemanden mit einer Waffe auf dem Dach sah, dachte ich, ich wäre im Cambodia Fraud Industrial Park. Es gibt keine Lüge.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the City. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the other service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

國內四星級酒店的價格，國內一星級旅館的設施。沒有熱水，無線不能用，毛巾也沒有，雖然我也不會用，更不用説拖鞋洗漱用品啥的。 周邊環境也破，這個不怪他們，開羅本來就這麼破。 埃及這個地方，酒店五星級跟四星雖然衹差了一星，裏面設施是天差地別，對居住環境有要求的，儘量還是選五星吧。 我住過的最沒有性價比的酒店，目前沒有之一。

Der Hoteleingang wird gründlich überwacht und das Hotel an sich ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit bei der Essensbestellung und ansonsten auch sehr zuvorkommend.

The people make this place worth the stay! The building is a little run down but it’s very affordable, the breakfast is really good and the staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The check-in took about 10 mins which was very quick compared to other hotels in the same category. The room was quite spacious considering it was a single room. The breakfast was decent with Egyptian and western cuisines to choose from. The only issue I encountered was the elevators. On one occasion, the main elevator wasn't working and one of the staff showed me the way to another one. I was a bit delayed but nothing too problematic. All in all I'd say it's a decent value for money hotel with clean rooms, good breakfast and conveniently located close to transport, restaurants, shopping malls,.. Highly recommended.
