The staffs are friendly, especially 小兰, who always helps us and is very helpful. They are always willing to provide the best service they can. Breakfast is nice, a typical Chinese breakfast that includes options like congee, steamed buns, steamed corn, etc

Room was clean but water doesn't drain properly on the sink and shower. If you take too long of a shower, it may cause water to leak a bit. Front desk has very limited English and when asked, they do not give too much information which is fine as we were able to figure it out ourselves. Location is about 15 min walk to lotus mall where the Sanyuanli metro station is.

I think hotel need to care more about cleanliness especially toilet. Breakfast need to get improved but hotel staff is really nice.

This hotel is very close to subway as well as to Tongtong. The rooms are clean and very quiet although close to the road. It’s a smart room as well with smart curtains. I loved place and will book my next time in Gz.

Overall a mediocre experience. Front desk staff were extra slow and didn't respect the order of guests in line. None of the faucets in the bathroom (sink, mounted shower, shower hose) worked well. However, on the positive side, the laundry facility was efficient and free of charge, and the air con in the room worked well. Breakfast was average for China. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from Sanyuanli metro.

It is clean and nice room. Easy to access transportation! Also can do the laundry. Thank you.

Aside good location, there are these issues to be solved 1. There is no wifi in the rooms and the wifi we used from different rooms have low signal. 2. We stayed for 3 days and our bedsheets were not changed for 2 days. The rooms were not swept. Please work to resolve these issues. Thanks.

I was a wonderful night, the hotel is clean and they were so kind. The location of hotel is near to the metro. Also the price was affordable.
