Dies ist ein B&B in einem alten Gebäude. Sie können es nur finden, wenn Sie anrufen und jemanden vom B&B bitten, Ihnen zu helfen. Die Umgebung ist nicht wirklich ruhig und die umliegenden Anwohner sind nachts sehr laut. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist rudimentär, es gibt keinen Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung und die Klimaanlage ist undicht. Am ersten Tag wurden nur zwei Flaschen Wasser gegeben, danach jedoch keine mehr. Der einzige Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Aber Mitfahrgelegenheiten in Ägypten sind sehr günstig und man muss nicht unbedingt im Stadtzentrum wohnen.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei einer Temperatur von 40 Grad Celsius nicht. Sie haben uns angelogen und gesagt, dass die Klimaanlage nichts mit der Realität zu tun habe. Nach drei Tagen konnte die Kommunikation nicht erfolgen Nachdem wir das Problem mit der Klimaanlage gelöst hatten, verweigerten sie die Erstattung am zweiten oder dritten Tag, wenn wir nicht blieben. Bei der Kommunikation mit Ctrip dauerte die Antwort ein oder zwei Tage.

Die Sauberkeit war ziemlich gut, aber es gab keinen Zimmerservice und sie boten mir nicht einmal einen Reinigungsservice an. Am letzten Tag wurde mir gesagt, dass es gereinigt werden solle Das Reinigungspersonal würde morgens gehen, aber der Chef war sehr begeistert! Der fehlende Zimmerservice lässt mich denken, dass der Preis ziemlich hoch ist und sich nicht lohnt! Es ähnelt einem B&B, daher empfiehlt es sich, in einem Hotel zu übernachten.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Es ist sehr praktisch, überall hin zu kommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und entspannend.

真的很差，不敢想象居然電梯都不開。不可以退單衹能硬着頭皮走樓梯一層又一層。

老闆很親切，房間也很大！而且和景點都超級近，附近有很多美食！值得推薦❤️

My experience really exceeded the expectations, the place is very cozy and clean. with well decorated rooms. it was a bit hard to find, but we called the reception and they helped us immediately Staff was friendly and helpful, highly recommended

We found El Otel via *********** and booked it on the basis of 1/ Downtown location, 2/ A couple of positive TA reviews 3/ Online photos, in which the rooms looked nicely furnished and 4/ Room rate. Describing it as a hotel may be stretching it a bit, the rooms are located on the 5th floor of a downtown building and although there is a reception area, there are no communal areas such as a lounge or dining room. Having said that, our room was spacious and the bed large and comfortable. The decor is exactly like the photos, definitely quirky. We had a rate including breakfast, which is traditional and is delivered to your room. The location is great if you want to be in Downtown, it is also on a side street so relatively quiet by Cairo standards, although the rear does overlook a pedestrianed street with cafes so there is some late evening hubbub and some early morning clattering of tables and chairs. Both tolerable. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thanks Helmy), promptly replying to msgs in advance and being available via WhatsApp during our stay. An airport transfer was arranged for us, which I would recommend if you are using Sphinx airport which is pretty isolated and also because you may struggle to find El Otel otherwise. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely We stayed a couple of days. Every spot has an Instagram vibes, each room has its own design, impressive details and feminine touch. 2 cats are living in the property (Almond and Sugar) really cute

Okay - walking in to the lobby of the building (El-Otel is on the 5th floor) looked a little scary, however after finding the reception we were greeted very warmly by Yousef who checked us in and showed us to our room. My first thoughts? Holy sh*t there's a teepee in the room. The room was spacious, clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was massive...almost as big as the bedroom it's self. The bed was nice and comfy too. Yousef gave us his WhatsApp number so we could get any recommendations or query anything which was really helpful, as he showed us several nice vegetarian restaurants in the area. About 2 minutes after leaving us in our room, Yousef came back with a gift basket of little snacks and water...seriously this place is amazing. Clean, spacious and fantastic service, there's not much more anyone could ask for
