Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). Thanks so much! We'll surely come back!

My daughter’s favorite hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try. What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza Hotel, das im Herzen der Metro liegt, wo Sie Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels ist komfortabel und stilvoll. Das Frühstücksbuffet „Seven Corners“ wird Ihnen das Erlebnis eines Tages bescheren! Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich werde diesen Ort weiterempfehlen.

Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die Sauberkeit ist gut und auch das Bodenpersonal ist sehr nett. Die WLAN-Verbindung im Badezimmer ist schlecht und es kann keine Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt werden. Die Glasfenster sind sehr schmutzig, was ziemlich ernst ist. Da ich am ersten Tag ankam und die Grab-App nicht nutzte, bat ich das Personal, mir beim Anruf zu helfen. Das Personal bat nur um ein Taxi und wurde um 2.000 Peseten für 11 Kilometer betrogen. Danach habe ich nur P650 für den Anruf berechnet. Ich bin wirklich frustriert!

Das Hotel ist für den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut gelegen, da es sehr nahe der ”North Avenue”-Stoppe von MRT3 (die derzeit die letzte Haltestelle auf der MRT3-Line ist, die von dort südlich entlang der EDSA Autobahn führt). Eine weitere öffentliche Verkehrslinie, LRT1, kann auch Fuß erreicht werden, nur dass die nächste Station „Roosevelt“ geschlossen wurde Ende November / Anfang Dezember 2021, so dass es eine Weile dauern wird, um weiter zu gehen bis zur nun endgültigen Haltestelle auf dieser Linie, „Balintawak“. Derzeit wird eine neue Linie in der Nähe des Hotels gebaut, die ich glaube wird namens MRT7, die noch mehr Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (östlich, aus Quezon City / Metro Manila) bietet. Aufgrund des Baus habe ich manchmal Geräusche in der Nacht von außen gehört. In etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß ist der Ninoy Aquino Park, ein ruhiger Ort mit Tieren und Piquenplätze, oder einfach aus dem Stadtgeräusch zu ruhen. Auch der Quezon Memorial Circle, ein weiterer Park, kann zu Freizeitzwecken besucht werden und ist sehr nah am vorgenannten Ninoy Aquino Park. Aufgrund von Covid-19 Messungen, Frühstück –, das im Preis – enthalten war, wurde in das Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotelpersonal war mir freundlich und ich möchte allen des Hotelteams sowie dem Sicherheitspersonal danken. Am Rezeptionstisch wurde ich von Jonna und dem anderen Front-Desk-Personal gut behandelt, für das ich dankbar bin.

Well done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer

The rooms are great, internet connection is reliable and of course you can watch Netflix but with your own account. The location is good because of the fast foods are accessible for walking mode.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.

In einem ruhigen Bereich entlang A. Roces Ave. , ist die QC-Branche des Privato Hotel ein unvermutlich, aber sehr abhängiges Hotel für schnelle Aufenthalte und geschäftliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Wir blieben in einem Executive Twin Zimmer im 8. Stock, das uns ein wenig Blick auf den Westen gegeben hat. Gut, sie haben gute Schleifvorhänge, die uns in unserem Nachmittagsnap die ganze Dunkelheit ermöglichten. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Glasschrank, der die Gäste benutzt, um Wasser aus dem Wasserdispenser in der Nähe der Aufzüge zu bekommen. Und während die Grundwasserversorgung vorhanden ist, war die Minibar leer. Gut ist, dass es eine nahegelegene 7-Eleven über die Straße gibt, so können Sie auf Getränke und Snacks aufbewahren. Keine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, so gibt es keinen Weg, um die Mahlzeiten, die Sie von zu Hause oder von einem Restaurant genommen haben, zu heißen. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück buchen, bietet das Hotel eine Option für ein gezahltes Frühstück, das von einer Dritten Catering-Unternehmen im Lobby-Essenbereich angeboten wird. Wir haben das nicht versucht, da wir für das Frühstück im Pancake House über die Straße gewählt haben. Der Pool im Dach ist ein wenig klein und ist im Grunde nur ein Tauchpool. Um Überschwemmungen zu vermeiden, wird empfohlen, einen Zeitplan für den Poolzugang zu buchen. Der Dach ist auch, wo zwei Geschäftsbereiche sind. Parkplatz im Grundstück ist ziemlich begrenzt, so dass es etwas zu bedenken ist, wenn Sie ein Auto mit Ihnen bringen. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und Kundenorientiert, so dass wir kein Problem mit diesem haben. Insgesamt haben wir uns in unserem Hotel übernachten genossen, da wir nur ein Zimmer für die Nacht für eine schnelle Getaway für ein ruhiges Schlafen wollten.
