Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport, an IHG Hotel Bewertungen

Hotel is good since I has shuttle bus to adn from the airport. The breakfast that can be purchased separately is quite good. Staff is alright. The problem is this hotel really requires innovation and clean up. The curtains in our room were covered with mold. I wouldn't stay there again.

pretty old but clean. there is a restaurant but not good just ok for food. the mid age asian lady in dront desk is not rude but not nice.

Room: Clean. Bed very comfy. Keurig coffee machine not working. Location: Near to main road, very noisy at night. Hotel lobby: Coffee available at lobby for guest.

Very convenient location and check in is smooth. The room is a little bit outdated but in general is good value.

A very nice place with good services. The room condition is good, clean and tidy. The shuttle bus service may refer to the schedule provided.

Room is clean and spacious. We stayed at the sixth floor so that it is not noisy due to the nearby highway. The courtesy bus to and from the airport and hotel is helpful. No nearby convenience shops around the hotel.

I arrived two hours before check in and was going to ask if it was okay to hang out in the lobby, I was pretty tired. The desk just went ahead and got me checked in. It was a pretty decent location. My only complaint is…this is going to sound weird but my desk was leaking water. It had a frosted glass top cover, I think there was a bad seal in-between the top cover and the desk top and some condensation was occurring. Water would drip out when I put any weight on it.

Locationwise, the hotel is close to San Francisco International Airport. It provides shuttle bus to and from the airport. There is restaurants inside the premises and around the area. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly..

It was nice comfortable stay. Free Airport shuttle makes it very convenient to reach the hotel for layover. Thank you for the convivence and pleasant stay.

It's old and greedy. Charged extra $24 for parking, never agian staying at Crorwn Plaza hotel.

Just convenient to stay one night as nearby hotel. But shuttle bus frequency not high…waited for long time from airport to hotel.

The good things is the hotel is near the airport, and the parking system for hotel guess is terrible. Other than that, everything is ok.

The hotel website indicated that there is call-to-request shuttle service available between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m, but when we got there, there wasn’t any shuttle service during that period.

Staff are superb, friendly and helpful and it is based on the service I get when I check in, staff I met in lift, workman coming into the room to help me with the shower and early morning staff when I check out. I am lucky as I inly need to wait for about 10 mins for hotel shuttle to arrive. No one asked for a tip but I read from the review that it seems mandatory, still I tip the driver and appreciate for his service. Hotel is a bit old and out-dated, but the bed and toilet is very clean. I had a super good sleep and bed is comfy. A small rubbish at the corner of the table and a few stains is found on the sofa, but I don’t sit on it and so it is fine. Though I would not give the place a 5-star, given the price I paid compared to the other hotels around when I booked, I would say it is a super good deal if one is willing to adjust your expectations. Well done staff!!
