Big hotel but lift only one and small.While check in receptionist counter no people around. Feel like no standard of hotel.Even boutique hotel at least have 2 person on duty.Breakfast overall ok but no much choice.

Filthy Hotel. 😞 Stayed here few years ago and hugh difference between then and now. Bathroom sink full of stale coffee drips and obviously not cleaned at all. Had to call for repeat cleaning of sink and toilet. Room wasn't clean either. Air conditioning was noisy. Last time staying here.

Ceiling had visible water damage. One of the bedsheets had a torn hole, while the other one had a couple of red stains and black stuff. I guess it's about time for the hotel to change the bedding or renovate a bit. Other than that, everything else was fine. Breakfast was decent and service was good.

Good strategic place. I’m not sure why the lights were off from parking to lift. Where the reason of lights to bright the places. The walkway to lift from back parking were dark. The convenient store was closed all the time. We have to reach up to reception. If the receptionist attending check in we required to wait till the purchase performed The aircond in rooms not so cold we end up sweating most of the time. The heater in the room is not working. The food could be better. The positive site of the place was they having swimming pool. The towel didn’t look so clean. We there were many items required improvement.
