The facilities are complete with kitchen & living room, ironing facilities. Got upgraded to 2bedroom apartmt. Spacious bed, comfortable. Will be staying again.

The hotel still looks clean and new , I think the management maintain quite well. big room , and comfortable !

Great hotel if you're looking for one in Penang mainland. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and convenient access to the highway. Check-in and check-out process were seamless and cleanliness on the premise was top notch. Will definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits.

Smooth checking in and checking out process. This apartment serves as a great layover or pit stop for driving up to thailand or down back to malaysia.

Location of hotel is very convenient, is very close to highway, I personally like the welcome coffee making machine, it might improve by adding an anri-slip mat in the shower, shower floor is too slippery during wet floor

Love the complimentary coffee at the lobby. Receptionist are very friendly especially the indian male which I can't recall his name. Gym and swimming pool are brand new as well!

My 2nd time check into this hotel and again didn’t disappointed. Price is slightly expensive and everything is just ok. Room is clean , staff is friendly and the breakfast is just okay. I will try another hotel if the price remain same. I pay Rm 300 ++ for 2 single bed room and I feel it’s not worth it.

I love so much this Apart Hotel ! All complete, spacious room with complete like at home. Very very clean, Staff also friendly! Modern and trendy decor in room. Comfy bed! Everything perfect!

real lovely with my man and my fam ❤️ in a executive suite tho the wifi is abit laggy but overall was a really nice experience the cleaners were v fast too!

Booked it last minute. It is apartment style room with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a living area. It is very clean and they provide plates and glass and even toaster in the kitchenette.
