The room was clean and inviting. When we went to bed we were unable to get to sleep. The mattress was not comfortable. Regardless of trying to sleep on my back or side it was not comfortable. Around 4:30 finally went to sleep. The curtains are to long. If close them at the current length the a/c does not cool the room. If the curtains were shortened to clear the a/c unit then the curtains could be closed and the a/c would would properly. Also my wife was having issues with the pillows. Regards of how she positioned the pillow or try to fluff it or beat it she was unable go to sleep. She was able to fall asleep about 4.

I had issues. I stayed here because my mom was having surgery next door. I left my mom at the room to relax and take a bath in our handicap tub while I ran just up the road to grab something to eat. I was gone 15 to 30 minutes. Came back to my mom being in the floor because she fell 3 times trying to get out of the tub because there were no slip resistance in the tub. I was told we should have used the small rug provided but if you do that than you have nothing to keep you from slipping on the tile floor when it gets wet and slippery. I suggested that they put in slip resistant stuff in the tubs but didn't seem concerned.

Property needs renovations inside and outside. Property is convenient and quiet. Staff was exceptionally nice, desk, breakfast personnel, and housekeeping

Right across the street from Hendricks South Hospital. Clean rooms. Hot and cold breakfast options. Staff was super nice.

I was charged an extra $10 for "incidentals" and $25 pet charge. That's not "pet friendly". Very misleading.

Staff very pleasant, helpful, and efficient! Room we were in had an adjoining door and we could hear voices and too much noise from next door all throughout the night. Our bed was very comfortable, but the thin walls or there being that door there made for not having the best sleep.

Breakfast staff was pushy and borderline rude. Arrived at 845am for breakfast, was reminded 3 times by 9:05 that they closed at 930. I had a bagel, are you really THAT worried I will eat too slow? Walked by breakfast room at 9:31 and everything was broken down and locked up. Dont say you serve til 930 if you dont plan to. Change your sign to stop service earlier if your staff has no plans to allow people to eat peacefully the last 45 minutes. Behavior made other guests uncomfortable as well. Just RUDE! Front desk staff was great, super helpful 24/7. Room was very nice the 1st night, 2nd night bathroom was overtaken by ants. Ants in the sink, on the counter, in my makeup bag, on my hairbrush, toothbrush, eyeglasses, curling iron!!! DISGUSTING! Took video and showed to front desk. Front desk quickly moved me to new room, but it was 11pm at night. Didn't finish moving til midnight, just made the breakfast lady THAT much more annoying. Again, front desk agents were Awesome and did their best to apologize. I did have to wash EVERYTHING in my bathroom that was on the counter and covered in Ants. Room was great, cost was good, but no airport shuttle. Walked away feeling like that (1) night should have been free. Will choose different property next trip.

Hot shower. Quiet. Good breakfast. Reasonable pet fees. Heater worked. Comfy bed. Good value.
