The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Hervorragende Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Bukarest. Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet Platz für Gepäck. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Angestellten sind ausgezeichnet in ihrem Service, nicht nur freundlich, sondern helfen uns auch bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem örtlichen Uber-Fahrer für den Transfer aufgrund der begrenzten Auffahrt. Die Hintertür führt zum Eingang in Richtung Altstadt, während die Haupttüren zur U-Bahn und zum Transport über die Hauptstraße führen sollen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie direkt in der Altstadt übernachten möchten und die Qual der Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Restaurants, Pubs und Geschäften haben.

Ich war fünf Nächte lang bei einer Konferenz in Bukarest. Mein Zimmer und das Hotel im Allgemeinen waren sehr komfortabel und sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Lage, ein paar Schritte von der Calea Victoriai, konnte nicht auf zentrale und nahe nur über alles verbessert werden. Die Fotos stellen das Zimmer dar, das ich hatte (außer, dass mein Zimmer glücklicherweise nicht das verbindete Gürtel, das das Kopftafel in diesem Foto bildet). Der Nebenteil war, dass ich das Internet überprüfen musste, um zu erfahren, ob es regnete oder nicht, aber die positive Seite war, dass das Zimmer extrem ruhig war. Und Sonnenlicht durchdringt das Hof und das Zimmer. Es war weit von dunkel. Und die Gärten haben viel bessere Arbeit gemacht, das Zimmer nachts zu schwarzen, als ich in den Hotels gewöhnt bin. Die einzigen Probleme sind eine feine Dusche, in der die duftendsten Einstellungen die Wassertemperatur von kalt bis gefährlich heiß nehmen können und deren Handschuhe in mehr Richtungen sprühte als es sollte. Andererseits war der Wasserdruck, wenn irgendwas, übermäßig -- ungewöhnlich in den Hotels. Auch das Frühstück war nicht groß. Der Kaffee, der aus ihrer Maschine kommt, war nicht besonders hoch in Koffein, und ehrlich gesagt einige der gebackenen Waren waren gestohlen. Das konnte leicht verbessert werden. Die Variety war ok. Aber insgesamt war ich sehr komfortabel im Hotel Capşa und würde glücklich zurückkehren. Das Personal war auch hilfreich und freundlich während meines Aufenthalts.

Wir haben einige Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und wir waren besonders beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders von der Frau Simona Anton, Managerin on Duty. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, immer kompetent und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir bei guten Bekannten waren, die uns warmherzig und mit Achtung behandelt haben. Wirklich schön! Wir gratulieren die Managerin und ihre Kollegen für diese Einstellung und bedanken wir uns ganz herzlich. Und noch zwei Sachen, die uns Freude gebracht haben: - die perfekte Klimaanlage im Zimmer - das Frühstück sehr divers vorbereitet (und auch lecker vegan dazu). Danke nochmals.

This hotel is aesthetically beautiful, the rooms are decorated to a high standard with nothing to fault. Staff were helpful. Our only let down would be location is out of city centre a good 45 minute walk, or rely on Uber and the continental breakfast was a little underwhelming and lacked choice and variety. Coffee not served at breakfast is an extra charge which I’ve never found elsewhere during travels especially when there is no drink making facilities in the room. Beautiful hotel, location more suited for business not a city break and things like breakfast and drink making aren’t great. On a positive note the neighbours dog who visits the front door is lovely and friendly.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Seriöses und kompetentes Personal, ausgezeichnetes internationales Frühstück. schönes Badezimmer und sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Minibar, Haartrockner und Hausschuhe. Netflix, Disney usw. funktionieren... Ich würde sagen, ausgezeichnet! Bett ohne Oberteil ist nicht top.... kleiner Parkplatz für Autos. Probleme mit der Schalldämmung und Rauchgeruch durch rauchende Personen im Gebäude.

Ich kam Tag 4/12/2022 ins Hotel und das Zimmer hatte Haare und allgemeine Schmutz, ich habe das verpasst... Am Tag danach hat mir niemand das Zimmer gereinigt, aber die Reinigungsfrau kam und werfen die ”Abfall”, Sie haben einen Schuhbox, der gerade gekauft wurde, die für den Verkauf notwendig waren, geworfen. Am nächsten Tag habe ich ausdrücklich gebeten, das Zimmer zu reinigen, aber sie haben nur die Bettwäsche geändert, ohne mich die Handtücher zu ändern, die ich immer wieder gefordert hatte. Am vorletzten Tag kamen sie wieder in den Raum für Reinigungen, die keine Betten oder Zimmer reinigen oder bestellen, sondern eine Tasche gestohlen haben. Ich dachte in guter Glauben, sie hätten sie weggegossen, da sie auf den Boden fiel, Ich ging zur Rezeption, wo sie mir gesagt haben, sie haben keine Tasche gesehen. Ich bin wirklich schockiert, es ist sehr schwer, dass sie in den Zimmern stehlen. Wenn es in der Identitätsausweis war, wäre es für mich ein großes Unbehagen gewesen, mich in einem Land zu finden, das ich nicht kenne, und nach Italien zurückzukehren. Das Frühstück ist rumänisch, ohne Möglichkeiten von Süßigkeiten oder Kornette, ohne ein Cappuccino oder Kaffee zu trinken, aber nur ein gewässerter Kaffee im Teekocher. Sie haben mich für schmutzige Handtücher gezahlt, als hätte ich sie reinigen müssen! Das Personal ist nicht unhöflich, aber ich habe keine schönen Worte, um sie zu beschreiben, angesichts meines Zorns, bin wirklich enttäuscht, da die Bewertungen nicht schlecht waren.

Durch die Anwendung sehr schnell aufgehoben das Holiday Inn, es ist in der richtigen Lage für mich, bezahlte Unterkunft, keine Probleme in der Siedlung. Hotel selbst mit hervorragender Service, geräumiges Zimmer, akzeptables Essen, Lärmisolation. Empfohlen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 👍🏻

We just stepped in with no reservations at all after 20h of trip 😬 The hotel staff sorted us out with no questions asked even they were busy enough! We will try the best we can for you!
